Worst Wendy’s ever went to. There is something fishy being done by employees here.
They are cheating customer’s on quality and quantity. Management needs to be fired and replaced by properly trained Managers. Won’t go back until it’s turned around. No large cups. Charged for medium gave us small cup. Told that’s what you get!!! Calling corporate customer service department.

Wendy’s is a fast food place I have been going to since I was a child. I always get the same food when I go to Wendy’s. I miss their salad bars that they used to have. I had a quick visit when I went into Wendy’s. I grabbed 2 hamburgers, French fries, and a beverage. The service was good and all the employees were staying busy when I was there.

I would give it no stars if I could the Wendy’s near buckshotem road is the worst I have ever been too. All the orders were wrong even gave burger back and they still gave me wrong one, wrong salad, missing items. Don’t go there, it’s terrible.

I go through the drive through this morning after work, I order my usual Sausage Egg Swiss Croissandwhich, I end up getting 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits instead of what I ordered. Clearly this guy doesn’t listen very well or something

Drive through made us pull forward then took several more orders and had 3 other cars behind us park… Then gave orders through the window to the next 3 or 4 cars while we waited. I finally went inside after all the other cars were given their food and we waited at least 25 min in total, maybe 30. They had to remake our order bc they lost it (or gave it to another car?) and even though I told them twice when I went inside to make sure we actually got food, they still put mayonnaise on two of the sandwiches. I have no idea why the drive through person sent people to do maybe random spots instead of having them wait a few min for order and I think that’s what messed so much up. Will not visit this location again
