Worst Wendy’s Ever, The Service sucks, food quality sucks, the cleanliness sucks. The rudest staff ever and the manager needs to learn how to deal with how they talk to people. The service here sucks so bad that the other wendys right up the street must have caught the same laziness cause that one is even worse, which i didn’t think was possible. I have gone to this Wendy’s many times, but tonight was just an overall terrible experience. Overnight shift is just about ready to leave. I came around midnight and they close at 1AM. Something told me I was gonna have a problem. I ordered a plain double stack, one of the easiest things they could ever make there and they managed to mess it up not once, but twice. I got up to the drive thru window and the girl was blasting loud music and barely paying attention. I checked my sandwich before leaving knowing it’d be wrong and sure enough it was. Ketchup, onions, whatever comes on a regular double stack. The girl came back and had an attitude about me asking to get my sandwich plain like I asked. What did she do? She took off all the toppings and handed it to me like it was a fresh sandwich. Unbelievable. Ketchup all over the wrapper and on the patties. I just left at that point because clearly I was not going to get anywhere with this horrible overnight staff. I also ordered a Dr. Pepper and I have no idea what this is, but it’s surely not Dr. Pepper. It tastes absolutely horrible. I recommend NOT going to this Wendy’s, especially at the later hours. They can’t even get the simplest of orders right.

Manager is shaming her employees, cursing at them. Not even acknowledging me and my co worker have stood in line for 20 minutes during our break. As we walked out the door she asked if she could help us. No thanks, I’m good wont be back. “Quality service that doesn’t cut corners” on the side of the building should be removed. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too.

Monday July 3: I Ordered 6 ghost pepper chicken sandwiches only no drinks nothing else around 10:25 to 10:40pm, person had an attitude only received 5 burgers and had to ask for the last one, the last one they gave me was clearly not cooked properly at all, the outside was barely cooked u could tell by just looking at it, it was pink all the way around, since service was so bad I did not go back to get it exchanged out of concern they might do something worse on purpose to the food, I understand work can be frustrating but giving people food poisoning because ur having a bad day is not acceptable.

We usually go through the drive thru for Frostys. This time we went inside for a meal. I was not impressed with the double bacon cheese burger. Only about half of a piece of very thin bacon. The burgers were so thin, that 2 “double cheeseburger” were not even as thick as one normal burger. We’ll just stick with the Frostys.
