I go to this Wendy’s often, and I have to say (because I’m already upset) that every time I purchase a meal, the sodas are bad. Or they give you the cherry cola without telling you that they don’t have regular cola or the soda is bad. Is always something. Otherwise, food is good.

I decided to get something to eat before work and opened my chicken sandwich up and my wrapper had a roach crawling through the food. The sandwich looked disgusting and unappetizing. I called to speak to a manager and let someone know and the manager DEON wanted to sit on the phone and try to argue with me about the roach being in my room and told me he don’t know where the roach came from because “his store does not have roaches and his workers won’t give food with a roach in it.

I went through the drive-thru and they did not get my order right. They forgot the kids juice and I had to go back and get it. Then the fries were hard (to the point of crunchy) and cold. I asked for honey mustard sauce and they gave me all barbecue sauce. If they didn’t have honey mustard sauce, they could have said so. So very disappointed. I know never to go to that store again.

We went to the restaurant at night and entered normally. The staff looked at us and ignored us. It took us a while to realize that they were closed and only taking drive-thru orders. Is it so hard to tell us that?! The staff definitely need more training on how to communicate with guests!! And please lock the door if customers are not allowed to enter the restaurant anymore.

I came here at 11:00pm and left at 11:45. They’re all very rude and don’t wanna work. Which is what they’re getting paid to do, so I don’t see the problem. And I’m not usually a Karen, as it wastes too much time, but they take forever each time I come here. I understand things get busy but every time? I don’t think so. Then when you ask them questions, they’re quick to display an attitude. Don’t come here late at night if you want good service.
