Not only did I wait 10 minutes to place my order I waited another 10 minutes for my food and it wasn’t even crowded. As I pulled up to the window I see a guy handling money at the register, next he is dealing with the fries putting them in bags. The Lady at the drive through window on her phone while the Manager is cracking jokes with the employees. The Lady with the thick glasses in the drive through was rude and needs to be coached on “customer service”I didn’t get condiments or straws because she argued that she put them in the bag and wanted to charge when they were forgotten. I don’t even want to eat this food now after seeing so many HAACP violations.

Fast food, not as fast. Via drive thru, the car in front of us pulled forward and we were told to wait. (Waited 3 minutes). Received our drinks and paid. Waited again 3-4 minutes. Watched the manager walk out and hand food to the car in front of us, who had to pull forward to wait. Order was accurate, however had to pull into a parking spot to walk in and get napkins. We all agreed… Fries tasted “off” – perhaps the cooking oil needed a change.

Something has happened at this location. Change in management? Change in staff, something. I have been going here over 6 years and the last 4x visits…staff are unorganized, food is NOT NOT prepared per Wendy’s meal requirements. No lettuce, no tomatoes, no bacon, crushed buns, under cooked meat. Seriously it’s NOT ok… this Wendy’s is to be TOP NOTCH.

I won’t return again. There is 1 man on staff with a beard who can never ever pull up the mobile orders. Today was it when he attempted to tell me my order was on the counter and not drive thru. He really told me to come inside and that they didn’t have my order. I showed him my phone and he still proceeded to tell me to go inside. I refused to move and because I was so fed up i wanted a refund. Then I needed to pull forward.. after waiting for 15 minutes. They gave me my meal and I left. Someone needs to tell him how to pull up the mobile orders!

Pop open a can of Wendy’s chili from the store and enjoy it, just as good,and hot. This place needs a Hardee’s, and a Whattaburger, fast food options are way too limited. Wawa has great hot food and Chili, also, very high standards of food safety, everything is temperature checked and discarded after a period of time, using a good system. In the 80’s I remember Wendy’s being top of the line, maybe it’s just certain areas. The Applebee’s in Swedesboro is owned by the same company that owns that Wendy’s. This company, can’t remember the name owns hundreds of restaurants around the world. From fast food, to high end dining. Ever since the founder of Wendy’s died, Dave Thomas, it’s been on a downslope. The corporate Wendy’s are better, but the franchises are sinking.

Sooooo McDonald’s a Wendy’s has RECENTLY been doing their thing lately wish fresh food and I appreciate that!
What I don’t appreciate with Wendy’s today was me getting served COLD Chilli….
Why on earth would u dare serve a customer cold chilli… would u eat cold chilli? Don’t answer that…
Instead of me driving almost two miles back there because I’m on break at work I thought I’d just suck it up and heat it up in my job’s microwave…
Guys if we CUSTOMERS are BUYING food with out HARD EARNED money can you please keep it fresh??

I pulled up thinking I was about to destroy a spicy chicken sandwich.
Instead, I got to witness the documentary “Waiting: The Never-Ending Story.”
By the time they handed me my order, I had bonded with the car in front of me, reconsidered my life choices, and saw a whole new season of weather.
And the food?
BRO.
My nuggets were so cold I checked the bag to make sure they weren’t the frozen ones you cook at home.
The burger was colder than a good morning text from someone who doesn’t like you.
The fries? They crunched like LEGOs.

Sat in the drive thru for 2 minutes without any acknowledgement, then I said “hello.” The voice told me “hold on” without a greeting. Only to come back two minutes later with a “how many I help you?” She was short, didn’t give a total, although the screen said it, and just told me to pull around. I’ll avoid this location from now on.

HUSBAND:Waited in line for 15 min waiting on my food when there was not even a long line! Guy at the window asked me what i ordered and still gave me the wrong food! Pulled up and waited more with no one bringing me my food! Had to go inside and get my food and they still gave me the wrong drink! NEVER AGAIN! I ordered chicken tenders. A white hair and they were 4 tiny piece. Wait for 10 min for it to be uncooked . Im never going there again
