just went there today for lunch and as I went up the intercom to order the women had a nasty attitude from the start. She kept talking over me and cutting me off. I ordered a kids meal and when I tried to say sprite for the drink please she kept yelling WHAT SAUCE? then like every typical fast food person she cut me off and said “IS THAT IT?” And I said no I would like to do an order of cheese fries please. She said “move forward” I said “can I have cheese fries please?” She answered with “yeah move forward” I then continued to say “can I please have extra cheese on the fries” she then ignored me so I pulled forward. I recognized her voice and she said to me “I gave u a card in the bag if u fill out the survey u get a free sandwich” we’ll guess what she never gave me the receipt so I wasn’t able to do it so I’m saying it on here. Thankfully she wrote her name. Wendy’s on route 10 East Hanover. Please respectfully teach “Aminah” some manners and a lesson on how to treat people because she was without a doubt the rudest fast food worker I have ever encountered. Thank you Aminah for a terrible experience.

Tried one of Wendy’s new breakfast here and it was great. Specifically had the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant and it was pretty close amazing honestly, would love to have it again. It came with a side of seasoned potatoes and they were great as well. I splurged and had a sugar cookie too – recommended. I washed it all down with a vanilla Frosty-ccino and again, really really good as well. Pleasantly surprised! The guy working the morning shift here was really nice too.

The floor was soooo slippery on our visit today June 26th @ 12:30pm. Very humid and slippery like no ac at all. Dangerous as we had an elderly woman with us that walks with a cane.

Staff was friendly. Parking lot is a little tight. Burgers were ok, not the best Wendy’s I’ve ever had but hey for fast food it did the job. Fountain sodas were dialed in and were crisp.

they gave me a BAD ITEM, I came right back there like 4 minutes, they asked for my RECEIPT, I had it. they said oh yeah we ate having a problem with that item. THEN WHYINFCC you selling it! I ordered something else in place of it. THEY MADE ME PAY THE EXTRA DIFFERENCE on the item! the nerve, I should have been comped for my troublez. Staffs all foreign, not nlaming them but they BEST GET STANDARDS UP TO AMERICAN LEVEL faster.

Great Wendy’s, went here more in the past but they’re still efficient. There are tables in front of the registers now to keep you from being too close, I guess. The restaurant was mostly empty. Note there’s an entrance from Rt 10, but also in the back exits out onto Mt. Pleasant Ave. Useful.
