The food is fine, but unfortunately the staff makes the overall experience worse. When I asked for an additional sauce after receiving only one for a 10-piece nugget order, the employee’s facial expression made me feel unwelcome. Even when I greeted the staff, there was no response — no ‘please,’ ‘thank you,’ or ‘have a good day.’ Basic customer service goes a long way, and I hope this location works on creating a more friendly and respectful environment for guests

The tables were super dirty. If you clean them, then it gets better. Service… can’t be too good because they are always overworked. Atmosphere… well, there has to be someone that cleans the tables and the floor more often! Bathroom… please clean it

The best thing about this wendys is that its clean. The food is what you’d expect from wendys – convenient and hot enough. The staff sucks. I loaded my app with the funds id need to place my order in store. I went to the counter to place my order, and had to wait for the cashier and the customer in front of me to be done flirting with each other… Once they were done i stepped up to place my order. Now its time to pay. The cashier couldnt figure out how to use my app to pay so she asked another woman (i believe she was a manager) for help. Was the 2nd lady helpful? No. They took 2 minutes trying to type in my pay code, and then they walked away. Im standing there thinking maybe theyre gonna go ask someone else for help. But no, they were just done helping me. So i said “did it work”?. The one that was taking my order initially turned around and said “No. Do you have apple pay?”
I would think that if i have $25 on my Wendys card, im not gonna use apple pay to pay… I ended up placing a mobile order. Like i said, the food was okay. But the women at this location are rude.

Tried one of Wendy’s new breakfast here and it was great. Specifically had the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant and it was pretty close amazing honestly, would love to have it again. It came with a side of seasoned potatoes and they were great as well. I splurged and had a sugar cookie too – recommended. I washed it all down with a vanilla Frosty-ccino and again, really really good as well. Pleasantly surprised! The guy working the morning shift here was really nice too.

Wendy’s… what happened? We used to have something special. Now you’re out here serving shredded lettuce like it’s 2004 Taco Tuesday, the Sweet n Sour sauce vanished, and the mayo tastes like it’s having an identity crisis.
This isn’t on the local crew / store, but somewhere up the Wendy’s food chain, corporate management, someone decided flavor and dignity were optional.
Bring back real lettuce. Bring back Sweet n Sour. Bring back hope.

After a very long day and a long drive home ahead of me in pouring rain, I stopped into Wendy’s on Rt. 10 in Livingston. I ordered the spicy chicken combo. When I arrived home and opened up the sandwich to add a little mayo, it looked like it was thrown together by a child. There was one piece of limp lettuce that was half the size of my palm and barely any spread. If I go back to any Wendy’s, I’ll be sure to check my order before I leave, which I shouldn’t have to do. I took a picture to share with my friends.

Nice place. I feel the lighting and dining area has become brighter since the last time I was here. The fish sandwiches I ordered weren’t ready at the time I suggested for pickup (I arrived right on time, but it took another 3 min to receive my orders despite my ordering 30 min in advance), but at least they were fresh..
