I’ve been inside twice. Gave benefit of doubt the 1st time as maybe they had staffing shortages. However, both times the floors were sticky and dirty, the condiments area was sticky and the soda machines were not mixing right or working properly and you would get watered down soda/juice.

Poor quality for this name brand. Over dried foods from being reheated instead of making fresh. It’s a staff issue vs a company thing in other words if they followed instructions the foods would be good. It is a clean store.

I’m a manager at a fast food restaurant and I have to say, this store does not know what hospitality and customer service is. The manager that took my order had an attitude off the bat and was rushing us to take our order. We had a multiple order and she didn’t seem too pleased with that as well. The kid in window was okay but he does need a little more training and I’m sure managers like the one we encountered are not good role models in teaching guest hospitality at this store. Please work on this because this is not the way to gain loyal customers, respect is earned not given.

It’s the only fast food joint open really late. Ended up getting the 4 for $4 deal. I usually have something wrong with my order but this time everything was in the bag. After about an hour of eating I got really sick. Staff is always nice. Just I guess only go there when it’s busier.
