Worst product ever , every taco was broken , very little filling , was supposed to be supreme and they were plane with very little meat and cheese and lettuce. Half the shell was empty. Every taco was the same. This store in Searcy on Race street needs some management help.

This location seriously would not be able to get an order correct if their lives depended on it. Every single time I go to this location rather than the other that’s on the other side of town, my order is made incorrectly. In the photos provided I had ordered the #8 which is currently the three doritos locos tacos meal and asked for no lettuce and extra cheese. There’s was no meat on one of the three and the other two barely had any. All three had lettuce and they were wrapped very lazily and tossed haphazardly in the bag. The taco in the picture had the most amount of meat (out of the two that actually had any) and the least amount of lettuce. Keep up the great work guys! The bar for, at the very least, mediocre customer service is practically a tripping hazard its so low and this location brought a shovel to still fall below it.

It’s super late, we got our food really fast. The guy on the microphone was cool, politely asked us to wait a minute, then took our order, we got our food quick and it was all correct. Lady at the window was super nice too.

Very disappointed when i got home 17 minutes away to three sides of nacho cheese that could have fit in one cup.

The taco bell app essentially took everything from my card which was liked 98 dollars. The manager Andrew was very nice and helped refund the order which rang in three times and put everything back on the card and he even payed for the meal. They were very nice and fast to fix everything that had occurred. Will definitely be back here!
