Very cranky people working here with lots of attitude with no manners. You can’t ask them questions about the menu because they will sound frustrated. Food is just normal Wendy’s food. I would not recommend coming here due to the very poor customer service especially during the night shift.

May be it a but biased, as it’s my favorite. But the best fast food in the area! The burgers are the greatest, the chili is amazing, and so is the baked potato. And of course, Frosty’s a classic you cannot pass! Just wish they’d bring back the strawberry flavor… Oh, and they now have a Coke Freestyle machine! So you have more soda options than ever before! Including my favorite Vanilla Coke! ❤️ Thanks to that, there’s now more reasons than ever to love Wendy’s!

Used mobile ordering and picked up at the location. The drive through has sharp turns and is sometimes congested taking a turn in. But the staff there is awesome and is courteous to all visitors despite their super busy schedule. We love to keep going back to the Godwin Ave Wendy’s. Still has the original Wendy’s outside look as the first one in Dublin, Ohio.

The two employees working the drive thru on 6/10/23 at 11pm were the RUDEST people I have ever encountered. Completely ruined my entire night by making snide remarks and speaking about me behind the counter. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I will not be visiting this location again. Management needs to do something about this.

Used to be good but has massively gone downhill the last few months. Rude comments from the workers and once I was asked to pull forward in drive thru, waited 30 mins and food never was brought out. When I went inside it was sitting there cold. I’m (stupidly) here again and was again asked to pull forward again from the drive thru and have been waiting 15 mins so far. Btw, I also always place my order ahead of time on the app so it’s been closer to 45 mins since I ordered. Not really fast food at this point and rude workers on top of it.

I usually LOVE going to go to the Wendy’s but it did not live up to the expectation. I got a 4 for 4 and it was not what I expected. My burger was served on a potato roll, DO YOU EVER EAT A BURGER ON A POTATO ROLL AT FAST FOOD PLACES??? The portions were so SMALL! The drink, CHILDREN’S SIZED. I came in that car line expected delicious fast food and I got food that looked like it was from McDonald’s. The fry’s were decent though, just disappointing.

Every single time I come here the employees have an attitude for absolutely no reason, not just the teens, but the adult employees too. They almost always forget something in my order and when I say something I get even more of an attitude. I work in fast food service as well and it’s really not that hard to be nice to people. I’m really starting to think the drive to Paramus might be worth it for a cheeseburger and better service.
