ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! Only customer in there and employees has to rush me and so I can’t watch both at the same time and I specifically said multiple times ONLY CHICKEN LETTUCE AND PROVOLONE for my special needs daughter and get home and daughter crying because they put other MULTIPLE other things on it! This was last chance because this is the 3rd time they have been rude and or messed the order up when it’s delivered! I recommend do NOT GO HERE! I TRIED TO INCLUDE PICTURES WITH THIS BUT THEY ARE NOT UPLOADING BUT I TOOK PICTURE PROOF THIS IS HORRID way to treat customers

We went there and the lady that was working in the counter was by far the best person ever to be working in that day. The place was clean. The place was perfect. There is nothing wrong. Our food was perfect. Everything was great. The door wasn’t locked. my food isn’t cold. Everything was great. It smells so good.

Worst subway I have been to and I live down the street so have had many times to see that they truly have a terrible operation vs a one off. They close whenever they feel like it at night with many excuses like, no bread, no water, no one was here, I have to leave. Last time I was there I showed up at 830 when they close at 9 and they were already closed cleaning up. I questioned and they said they close at 830. I questioned because online and door says 9. They said well actually tonight it was 820 because they have to be out by 9. I questioned the hours online and if they close whenever and they said online isn’t right and yeah they do. It’s such a mess. And their online ordering has been down for a year and when I asked them they didn’t even know. They employees don’t care about their jobs. After I questioned about the closing time I went to the gas station and then overheard them talking about how terrible customers are and the closing time and they are so sick of working there. The owner needs to do a better job of running this location

I thought this was eat fresh. Not one but both employees handled my sandwich. I didn’t know till I got home to find out the bread was so stale that it was crumbling and flaking after each bite. I don’t get how they still served me that and didn’t even care. And no it was not toasted. It’s as if it was toasted and they threw the bread back on the rack to not be wasted. I think the one was a Manager and she was the one who started the sandwich. I tried calling no answer.

I ordered online because I needed sandwiches picked for an event by a particular time. I normally order from the other subway (across town) which is a well run establishment. My daughter put the order in and didn’t realize until after she submitted the order, that it was this location. I showed up 5 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, so I wouldn’t have to wait if they were running late. When I got there, there was a sign on the door that they were out of every bread, except for wheat bread. The worker had not even started my order, nor had he attempted to contact me to tell me that they were out of all of the breads that we needed to make our sandwiches. If I had known, I would have canceled the order and picked up from another location. It really put me in a bind because I was on a tight timeline. I ended up having to cancel the order and order from the other Subway and have someone else pick it up. It turned into a giant ordeal. Never going back!
We had gone to the subway once before, and I remember seeing a sign on the door, saying something similar. The store is dirty and gross. I would spend the extra five minutes and drive across town to the subway on north court and double check to make sure you have the location correct or you will be sorry!

Customer service is horrible. Nobody answers the phone, they don’t accept the coupons Subway mails to customers. You have to ask for simple stuff. “Can I have my coupon back”. “Can you toast that for me”., etc. The employees could use some training, they are putting themselves out of a job. Sad, huge opportunity for improvement.

To whom it may concern- if anyone! We stopped at this location(South Court St in Medina, Ohio) because we were in that part of town. We love the Subway on North Court St. in Medina, which we usually go to. I wish I had driven to the other side of town to go to the N. Court one. The South Court St. in Medina Subway was terrible. The customer service was bad! The lady who waited on me was RUDE and UNFRIENDLY!!! When we got home to eat the sandwiches- I unrolled both FOOTLONG sandwiches and both sandwiches the bread was all crumbled! The bread was either stale or over cooked! As we ate the sandwiches they crumbled as we ate them. Never again will I go to that Subway again!

This used to be a very good place to stop and get food. They are always out of many items. I was hesitant on going in today, and I should’ve listened to my gut and went to the Subway on N. Court. They were out of many main menu items again, and the lady that made our food had a filthy shirt on and was covered in dog hair. Why is no one monitoring this location for cleanliness and service?

Can I give less than 1 star. I’ve ordered online many times. I think they screwed it up every time. Today, takes the cake. They took my online order. I drove across town, picked it up, drove home, completely wrong sub. I was running short on time. I drove all the way back and asked for refund, she said “I don’t know how to do that.” While she is talking on the phone to her manager, but she’d be happy to remake the sub after she helps the other 20 people in line. NEVER AGAIN. AVOID THIS SUBWAY AT ALL COST. I NEVER EVEN GOT A REFUND.
