I’m not sure if the manager was having a bad day but i greeted him with kindness and i just got attitude in return. I’m on my way to my car when i hear him yelling HELLO WENDYS 2 times within 3 seconds, not a good way to talk to customers. I love wendy’s the food is fine, just be aware that not everyone is kind.

I had an experience wrong ordered. I repeated the orders more 4 times. I’m here to complain but I felt bad experience about customer Service. I ordered Dave’s triple medium combo.
What we got was medium combo single.
I try to asked the person whom took the order she’s like I heard only single. I was explaining to her I was hunger and I know single is not gonna fit so I ordered triple. More than 3 x.. the way she responded to was shocking to and I felt bad customer Experience.
Please make sure check your orders. Again just for a concern. Maybe the restaurant manager teach how to answer politely to customers would be great. This is my first time reviewing this way.

“T” works at this location for years. She always provides great service to all her guest. Treats everyone like family. Managment is great at this location too.

New menu items. 8 dollar meal deal includes fries ,drink and 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers. Staff are fast and friendly in the drive-thru. This is one of my favorite locations. Food is always fresh.

I bought a chicken sandwich and I found hair in the sandwich. I threw it out and called Wendy’s, and the person said she would give my money back and write it in a book. When I came in the manager was outright nasty , questioning me who did I speak with and what was the date. I told him I didn’t know but my name was in a book. He told me that he would know the date and the person he spoke with, as if I was lying.
