My husband Sean and I had such a wonderful experience at Fratellos. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and genuinely family-like, which made the entire evening really special.
We’d love to give a sincere thank you to Sherry, Jessie, and Autumn for their outstanding service. They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly cared for throughout our visit.
A special mention also goes to Richard, the piano man, whose performance was excellent all night. His music added so much to the ambiance and made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
We’re from Massachusetts, but we travel north often, and after this visit, Sean and I made a pact that whenever we’re in the area, Fratellos will be a regular stop for us, whether for lunch or dinner.
Thank you to the entire Fratellos team for such a memorable and enjoyable experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

The Food & Service
The menu offers a fantastic variety of Italian-American classics. We’ve explored much of it, and the quality is always top-tier—portions are generous, ingredients taste fresh, and the wood-fired flavors really stand out.
Beyond the kitchen, the service is what truly sets Fratello’s apart. The staff is consistently professional, welcoming, and attentive. It’s rare to find a place where you feel like a “regular” from the moment you walk in, but the team here nails it every time.
The Atmosphere
The building itself (a historic bank) provides a stunning, upscale-yet-cozy backdrop. One of the highlights of the evening is the live piano music. The performers are incredibly talented and add a sophisticated, lovely layer to the dining experience that you just don’t find elsewhere in town.
A Small Note on Volume
If I had one minor piece of constructive feedback, it would be the volume of the piano. While the music is beautiful and a major draw for us, it can occasionally be a bit loud for the size of the room, making it a challenge to hold a conversation across the table. A slight adjustment to the levels would make the ambiance absolutely perfect.
Verdict: Despite the volume, this is easily the best dining experience in Laconia. If you want great food and even better service, my wife and I cannot recommend Fratello’s enough.

We dropped in for lunch with our daughter and her friend and started with the Stuffed Mushrooms, followed by the Lobster Mac-N-Cheese, Fettuccine Alfredo, Northlander, and Chicken Parmesan. The food was good, but what really stood out was the outstanding atmosphere. I’m not sure I’d go back just for the food, but I would absolutely return to enjoy a romantic drink with my wife at the bar.

I recently visited Fratello’s and was simply blown away by the food and service. Our waiter Aidan, was incredibly attentive, caring and knowledgeable about the menu. I can’t wait to go back and enjoy some more delicious, chicken and sausage Creme Rosa as well as the unique sun dried tomato dip. I highly reccomend if you are in the lakes region to stop by.

Always have a great experience at fratellos. The food is incredible. We went on a particularly busy night. The staff was incredible, you could tell they were all working their hardest to make sure everyone still had a good experience, and the quality didn’t suffer at all. I highly suggest the chicken parm egg rolls. They’re great. And then the seafood fra diavlo… Incredible.

There was about an hour delay but it was incredibly worth the wait! Had some beverages at the bar (watching the olympics no less) until we were led to a fantastic table by the windows. The entire restaurant was decorated for valentines day with hearts and flower petals it was very cute. Our server was incredibly kind and helpful, and the food was beyond delicious. The bread and different spreads of butter were melt in your mouth perfection. Overall: amazing!!

We were in Laconia,NH today and stopped into Fratello’s Italian Grille for lunch. We were pleasantly greeted by our server Sheelah who was very friendly and she took great care of us. Lunch was delicious and no take out! Beautiful restaurant with great food and service. Give them a try you’ll be glad you did!
