The manager was very rude came on the speaker phone with the gentleman that was explaining how the deal baggies work and was like you can only order 2 item in an abrasive tone and manner. I said I know that he explained that already. I am just spending extra money by ordering a drink in addition. She was not apologetic or anything pulled up to the window the guy apologized on her behalf she standing there I was like you don’t have to apologize she should be the one apologizing. She didn’t even inch to the window to apologize for her attitude

I dont really like to give anyone a bad review but every time I buy food here it always comes out cold and not fresh. It’s like it’s been sitting for a while. Wendy promotes fresh servings all the time but at this location it doesn’t meet the expectations. And the staff dont even give me good service the open the window halfway at the drive thru.

This Wendy’s, on Route 17 South in Rutherford, is a quiet peaceful dining experience. It seems that it is more popular as a drive through, get your food, and be on your way, type of establishment, than as a come in, take a seat , and enjoy your meal place. That’s all right with me; it just makes my meal more relaxing. When I arrived, there were about a dozen cars on the drive thru line, and no one on line inside. This didn’t matter. I was served quickly, efficiently, and cheerfully. My time was well spent here.

I had the worst experience at this Wendy’s. I ordered a six piece garlic, Parm nugget and before I can even take a bite out of one I noticed a white fuzzy, webby, spider web, looking fuzz on the Nuggets as if they dropped it on the fourth floor and picked it up and put it back on the tray. I am absolutely disgusted!! And completely lost my appetite. Do better for your customers, Wendy’s!

Minutes before closing , came. To pick it up and they closed their doors earlier so we figured to just go pick it up through the drive through. Nope. Literally the rudest lady ever gave us the dirtiest looks even when we showed her that our order was ready to pick up through the window. She was also eating while she was saying they’re closed… possibly our order. We just wanted to pick it up because it’s been 30 minutes since it was ready. Never going here again so rude and didn’t even want to see what we wanted. – lady wearing blue shirt maybe Spanish on 8/13. Terrible staff. Never her coming here again.

Please get a new team overnight. The lady at the window had a crazy attitude for no reason. Before paying, I showed my QR code for her to scan to which she audibly sighed, rolled her eyes, slammed the window and then opened it 3 minutes later and scanned it. I also asked for a cup of water in which she tried to charge me $5 for. Went over to Burger King next door and got a warm greeting, asked for a cup of water that was given to me for free. There’s too many options nearby for me to deal with something like that. Beyond disgusted in this location and safe to say, I will never spend or let anyone I know spend another dollar here. If you don’t want to work overnight and talk to people, hear me out….maybe don’t work at a job…overnight… where you have to talk to people.
Edit: Just looked through the reviews and saw that everyone is referring to the same lady with the blue shirt and bad eyebrows. I think that says enough.
