Chicken burger and salad are both terrific! The apple pecan salad was served with grilled chicken pieces, apple and roast pecans. Fresh, sweet and with a hint of berry sauce. This has been the best salad I’ve ever had in a fast food chain! Very very good .
The burger bun was delicious, solid yet moist, exactly like a brioche. Spicy chicken patties with tomato, bacon and thin slices of cheese and lettuce on top of each other were moist, warm and delicious!
French fries were the cherry on the cake. I still think Burger King has the best French fries, but Wendy’s is certainly coming close in second place!

Not a bad experience. First time to this Wendy’s. We used the drivethru. The lot was clean and the 2 lanes moved pretty quickly. The menus were well lit and easy to read. Ordering was easy and the employee who took our order sounded friendly and did not rush us. She also made sure our order was correct. The employee who gave us our order didn’t appear as friendly, but was quick and made sure our order was the correct one he was giving to us.

Wendy’s have for sure good burgers , bit caring staff compared to other burger chains but , there is a but which I don’t know what it is
The store is nice , clean , standard size like many others around
Staff is helpful, not slow for sure
But there is the but which i can not define
So in other words it’s an average burger store with not bad burgers , and ok fries
Pricing is also ok ,similar to other chains , , modifying burgers should be easier will be my only recommendation to the chain
I love their drink options ,
Easy parking , good location

pS : they have a very useless WIFi , even when the store is empty it’s not connecting, so if you can not provide WiFI then why advertise it ?

This Wendy’s on Main Avenue in Clifton has the decided geographic advantage of being just across the street from two shopping hubs, Kohl’s Plaza and Clifton Commons. It’s also just below Route 3. However once inside, there is nothing superlative about the place. I found the food to be somewhat undercooked, and most sodas to be semi flat. A good service sometimes is not enough to offset a substantive lacking product.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at the Wendy’s on Main Ave in Clifton was so outstanding, I had to take a moment to recognize it—especially the phenomenal manager, Gigi.
From the second you walk through the door, you feel the difference. Gigi greets you with the kind of warm, genuine smile that instantly makes your day better. Her energy is contagious, and she clearly sets the tone for the entire team.
