Zero stars really!, Yesterday, The lady who was the manager or at least one of the managers, was nice she took my order but her staff couldn’t get it together I was literally the only person in the store and there was only 1 car in the drive thru and they took forever getting my order together I only ordered a Dave’s single and a cookie and I sat down with my back towards them and I could hear the manager trying to get them to fulfill the orders, SMH, the food food was disgusting!! The burger taste like dirty oil and as if someone had it all over the place I can’t explain really but it was really nasty! The cookie was too hard to even eat ,even after warming it up so that was definitely a waste of money all of it was! It’s sad because at one time this was my favorite location I see the change of staff made it go downhill SMH definitely won’t be returning.

Fries & nuggets were burnt to a hard crisp, burger was drowning in mayonnaise and was barely wrapped properly, bun was basically a wet mush & the sauce I was given the cashier punctured their nail into causing it to leak all over the bad , & the iced tea was basically a water because there was no syrup in the machine . Hands down worse experience i ever had point blank period and the location wasn’t even busy, not sure if I was treated this way due to me not being a local but sure made your other customers feel right at home I or my family will never step foot in this location or any other locations ever again.

You know I have had my experiences with fast food. But yesterday I didn’t have the best. Service was decent but the food quality must’ve been off. As I’m bitting into the double stack I smelled a distasteful smell. I instantly tossed the sandwich. The meat had an issue. The beef smelled horrible. Later than night my stomach completely turned upside down. I’ve been subject to stomach pains and unusual bowel movement. Yes I know it’s fast food but to sell burgers that do not reach the

This place has kind people but the manager is a rude person. The manager kicked me and my friend out for using the bathroom accusing me and my friend that we were throwing ranch in the bathroom. I was trying to dry up in the rain and my friend points out the ranch then we walk out. We sit down then we get kicked out. He kept refusing to check the cameras to check when we walked in to know if we had ranch at all and didn’t want to. I hope you know this manager is the worst and stay away from this person.

ordered via the Wendy’s app; my order never came and was canceled by the driver; I dealt with the manager Flor who has the most amazing customer service. Her tone and patience was amazing. I have worked as a manager in the restaurant industry for years and can understand fully how hard in can be when complaints come in. I cannot expressed how Impressed I was with her assistance. OMG, what a difference in staff. The cashier didn’t listen to a thing my friend ordered and repeated her order back to her 3 times incorrectly. No smile, no thank you. It was actually comical and quite entertaining. Quite a surprise from past experiences. When we hire, personalities should be taken into consideration. The correct person in the correct position. Maybe this cashier would be better on the cooking line.

I love this Wendys it’s so clean and the workers here are so friendly and orders are always correct when I order. I will definitely be coming back here and the worker even told me about getting a free item if I complete the survey and get the validation code and when I was done I handed to the worker and she let me spin like a wheel thing to see what I win and I didn’t want an icecream so she let me spin again and I got a cookie and told her can I please get something else she said yes what would u like? I said I would like a burger and she got it for me and I told her she’s the best. I’m definitely coming back here they are amazing ppl .
