Nice people, decent sandwich, but the fries weren’t so fresh. My biggest concern was how dirty the place was. I had to fight the urge to ask for spray cleaner and a new was rag and just go to town on the place. The whole place needs a thorough deep clean.

Normally this location has really good food but tonight was a complete waste! Classic chicken sandwich, overcooked, dry, barely chewable. Potato pancakes overcooked and the potato inside was somehow gray. Very disappointed to say the least.

I came in at 6 in the evening and ordered. The lady took my order and money then went back without washing hands or putting gloves on and made my food. The people there are extremely nice. I love the food. If only they could get the sanitary thing down it would be the place to go. Since then I came in 3 times in one day because I drive the amish around and all three times the sandwich maker had no gloves, so I didn’t order anything. It’s the LAW wear gloves before u make someone sick. By the way if u click on the link they send u to get more info it just says page not found. They honestly don’t give a care in the world what their customers think.

Ordered 2 meals only got one. Ordered a roast beef and Jalapeño slider and got no Jalapeño and was cold. Asked for horsey sauce and arby sauce didnt get it.

Let’s start off with them not answering the drive thru, watched 2 cars pull off before I attempted to order. Sat for 5 minutes at menu before having to yell hello for them to serve me. Order taker/window person had a serious attitude problem. Asked for cheese for the fries, received no cheese. No BBQ sauce on my brisket sandwich, no sauce on my beef n cheddar sandwich. Do better Arby’s.

I ordered two Regular Roast Beefs and a large Curly Fries at the drive-thru. As I drove away I grabbed a Curly Fry and popped it in me gob and it wasn’t even lukewarm. It was actually COLD AND STALE. I immediately went back and returned to the drive-thru where the male working it apologized and told me to pull around and would make me fresh ones. He IMMEDIATELY made it right AND asked if I would like anything else also in compensation and I told him it was not at all necessary. In no time my fries were handed to me with another apology and they were excellent. Then I parked and put my sauce on my roast beefs and THEY didn’t taste quite right, either. I’m no stranger to Arby’s and that just didn’t taste right at all. Now, today, I’m feeling like total garbage in the stomach and another certain area. I don’t know if it’s because of Arby’s but that’s the only thing I ate yesterday, so, do the math. However, I cannot speak highly enough about the male working in the drive-thru. I don’t know if he was a manager or what but he gave EXCELLENT service and was so friendly and courteous. Credit where it’s due, right?! Aside from the food, it was a pleasant couple of interactions and I’ll definitely be back because I do know this Arby’s NORMALLY has VERY GOOD food.
