Having been on this Earth almost 40 years I have had many a delicious Wendy’s meal. This was the opposite of that.
Should have known by the empty dining room at lunch this would be bad.
Burger came out almost uncooked, and when I pointed this out to the cashier I was told they “only cook it once” whatever that means. I wish you HAD cooked it once bro! No apology, no replacement. It’s ok I was happy to leave by then anyway.
Literally all the soda options were unavailable.
Apparently Wendy’s has been struggling as a franchise. I wonder why?
If you would like a properly cooked meal that is better than this dumpster fire I suggest going to the Kohl’s next door and buying a Snickers bar

Was attended by worst cashier ever. His name was Jaqai. After waiting for 5 minutes he started taking the customer behind me. I said I think you skipped me. He said you weren’t in front of the register. THATS NOT MY PROBLEM. I GUESS 4 INCHES TO THE LEFT WASBOUT OF LINE. PERHAPS ILL SIT ON THE SCREEN WHILE I WAIT SO HE KNOWS ITS MY TURN. HE WAS SPEAKING TO ME LIKE I WAS SOME RANDOM GUY IN TRAFFIC AND NOT A LOYAL PAYING CUSTOMER . TRYING TO BELITTLE ME WHILE MY SON WAS ON THE SIDE WATCHING. LOW CHARACTER. WENDYS NEED TO HAVE A BETTER STANDARD WHEN HIRING PEOPLE TO REPRESENT THEIR BRAND.NEVER COMING BACK!!

Ordered online to eat in dining room food was served promptly. Special order prepared correctly. Counter employee was friendly. However, my only complaint was that the dining room was FREEZING cold. I sat as far from the door as I could and it must have been down near 60 degrees (with barely any foot traffic coming and going from the door).
Everything was clean and well-kept. Bathroom was decent but the hand dryer wasn’t working so when I left my hands were freezing.

Disgusting food! The cheese looks plastic. The special sauce and or sauces in general almost $1. They do not give out the right orders once placed. (Mystery bag) Good front staff, but the food is trashed and overpriced!

My food was good and the staff was cordial. The only issue is this location is the most expensive one I have been to so far, to date.

Food-never got it, waited 30 minutes and had to cancel because they were “very busy today”. Service, apart from the refund which was prompt, the service was horrendous. Atmosphere was tense since there were about 30 people waiting for food and nothing was moving. Awful

Drive thru.. No straw for drink, No napkins, Hard Bun, shredded lettuce brown. I’d give a negative if I could. Closing stores seems appropriate for this kind of service.

Great and enthusiastic customer service in drive thru. The lady taking the orders sounds like she wants to be at work and has a friendly and warm greeting. The food is what you would expect from a Wendy’s and is in a good location.

Orederd the Jalapeno grilled sandwitch .Got the worst tastless one.More over the lady who took my order wasn’t greeting well to the customers .Need to improve your service and response.
