Food is great. I’ve had everything on their menu except the lobster. The flavor and spice varieties make the outing feel fresh every time. However the atmosphere could be more modern, it feels like I’m eating at cracker barrel. The service is hit or miss, sometimes they bring out garlic butter and lemon, sometimes you have to almost beg for it. If they are busy expect the 3 star service to dip to 2 stars at best. They should have toothpicks and wet wipes, considering the oils from the seafood bags literally seeps through the gloves they give you. Overall, would recommend getting to go.

I eat here all the time, but I never dined in before.. so for my first experience doing so, i can say im VERY satisfied with the service. Kim is such a great waitress/server! I’ve never had someone be so attentive and understanding about my preferences before. I was a little dissatisfied with my food and vocalized that, and she fixed it right away with no problem! She was so sweet and accommodating. She even took time out of her [busy] day to sit and entertain my kids! I will be dining in again and definitely asking for Kim! If you dine in, i suggest you do the same!

I recently visited Cajun Wild Crab restaurant at 282 Norman Dr UNIT A, in Valdosta, GA. I was pleasantly surprised entering this place. I thought the decor was real nice. I was greeted promptly and my drink order taken. I chose the heads on shrimp Cajun bag. Wow, it was delicious. Many choices of seasonings and I chose Old Bay. My server was super. I need to get back there for more!

This place has the kindest service members. I eat here once a month and the staff are always warm and welcoming. The food is flavorful and the portions are standard for the price point. I hope they open new locations in Valdosta soon.

We always eat here, but I really needed to leave a review after tonight. Kim was our server and she was super sweet and attentive. Out of the thousand times we’ve went we never had service like hers. If shes there when you go you’ll DEFINITELY be taken care of. Food was okay.

The food is decent, but there is room for improvement. I ordered the oysters with the garlic sauce which was way too strong and salty (opt for their house sauce instead). The seafood boil itself was pretty good, but the dungeness crab was underwhelming for how expensive it was. It was a lot smaller than expected (about the size of my hand). They could also improve their seafood boil by adding a hard boiled egg like other restaurants do. I feel in terms of quality, it was just very slightly overpriced. Even so, everything else tasted great. Service was mediocre though.

Prices were good and reasonable. Decor was cute. Food was pretty good. We enjoyed the popcorn shrimp and the cajun crab legs were pretty good. The fish wasn’t bad, but just wasn’t anything special. We had to ask for each thing- salt, ketchup, forks, refills. There was a large party that was seated right after us and I’m sure that led to a delay, but it took over an hour for us to eat with the restaurant less than half full.
While trying to pay, I gave them a gift card with the amount written on front and then cash to pay the rest… but, they took all the cash and left $4 and change on the gift card instead of running it the other way around, which was annoying. It was an okay experience otherwise, especially for the price, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to revisit.

We were passing through town and stopped here for dinner. It was great! We really enjoyed the mussels and fried catfish. The prices were good. We’d definitely recommend and come here again!

Visited this establishment at lunch was sat down and. Server never came to the table after host sat me down she never greeted me at all she was cleaning and the manager was standing talking I was very specific when I ordered my food the bad that was supposed to be house season mild came out with only butter in the bag the other bag ordered was supposed to be spicy and a side of eggs my eggs was included in the spicy bag and intended for us to share I was asked to dig inside my bag and take the eggs out that they put in instead of on the side like I ordered bc we was going to share the eggs but they don’t eat spice to have to take eggs out that’s four dollars instead of bringing out the correct eggs with no season only butter she said her management said that’s what they were told so I requested a refund for the $45 over $4 eggs as management which one was the right thing to do considering my wait time was long and no one was there not greeted and both orders was incorrect which requires a extended wait I’m a store manager and we always put cx first and that was not putting cx first in a empty building with no customer
