Manager was nice but price on menu was not the price they attempted to charge. They ended up finding a solution but it’s funny how the price listed and the price being charged are a few dollars off. Also there was some vomit next to the entrance although I understand that is not something the establishment can control. The wait to place an order was about 4-5 minutes even though there was nobody placing an order.

I used to love their chicken sandwich but the last few have been god-awful. All tendons, no meat. The fries are either dry or somehow chewy (maybe undercooked?) The quality of the food has diminished to the point where it’s no longer worth it. I don’t think they are like other chains taken over by private equity, but man it sure seems that way.

I waited at the drive through for over 20 minutes before I drove up to the window and waited another 10 for, not the Wendy’s employee but the maintenance worker to tell me that Wendy’s was closed early for maintenance. There were no signs posted anywhere about this and there were multiple cars in front and behind me. That is beside the fact that the burgers here are usually cold and the cheese isn’t even melted. I won’t be coming back. I love Wendy’s but I surely hope this one gets new employees.

Ordered through the app to the wrong location after a flight. Called the location that I ordered to asking to cancel. Manager said no, I have to cancel through the app. App says they’ve already processed the order. Called back this morning, they say there is no order in their system belonging to me. They either ate my food, or just processed the payment before I completed the order by picking it up. I recognize I messed up ordering to the wrong location, I was tired after an international flight.

Drive-thru service not very good. Whoever the guy is at lunchtime doesn’t listen to your order well, and makes mistakes. The ladies on the inside are nice, and are very cheerful and helpful.

Been coming here between errands or coming back home during late nights of driving and this is a really well managed and quality Wendy’s. The service is very efficient, the workers are courteous, my orders are pretty much always correct to a tee, and the food is fresh and delicious. Keep up the great work!

This Wendy’s location will charge you for upgraded food size without asking you. I even tried saying the price of the biggy bag ($5) and saying regular size when i order but they continue to upgrade my order. When you question them after receiving your food and seeing the upgraded size, they lie to you about what they charged you, then swap out for the smaller size you originally asked for. This has happened to me two times this month and i never realized until i looked at my credit card statement.. They never hand you the receipt at the drive thru and rarly hand it to you at the front counter. The one time i grabbed my receipt from the printer inside, and i saw the upgrade price on both my meals. I questiones the lady, and she just took cash out the draw to give back to me, nothing else was said…..be careful when ordering from thjs location, always check your receipt, its convenient how their customer screen to view the order is always down for years now.

Place is fine a lot of the time but maybe 40% of the time they mess up. Today, the drive through took 10 minutes to go through 3 cars, and somehow, the food was still cold when I got it: not ice cold, but like it had been sitting out for 20 minutes. The cheese was like it came straight from the box (not melted at all) and Wendy’s as a whole has a pattern of sloppiness. It is very common that the smear ketchup or mayo all over the outside of the burger. Do better.

Food was fine. the people helping me either didn’t understand or weren’t listening. i asked for a chicken nugget meal and ended up having to pay extra for the fries i wanted. i asked to used a reward and was told no with a straight face after they messed up.
