Sat. 5/01/21. Dunno WHY I keep returning to this business only to be disappointed bcuz of sloppy, incompetent Drive Thru Service. Seems there’s a lack of training, management oversight, the youthful staffers JUST DON’T CARE, or ALL OF THE ABOVE! How difficult can it be to “READ..THEN DO”?! I’ve consistently received wrong orders at the Drive-thru, not to mention Waiting Times in the Drive-thru Lane that make no sense!

I eat at Panera more days than not. I absolutely love their complete nutrition facts for every item on the menu. For people who have diabetes or are just trying to count carbs or restrict sugar intake or sodium or anything at all – it is extremely helpful and not something you can find just anywhere. My favorite menu items are the cream of chicken and wild rice soup as well as the spinach and bacon souffle. And you can’t beat the charged lemonade. The manager at this location is a cut above when it comes to food service, and all the employees are ready to correct any issue for their customers. I can’t say enough good things about this Panera.

Can’t go wrong. Food was prepared as ordered. Used their drive thru and it was quick. So quick that they forgot my bread bowl so I still had to go inside. Received a pastry for my troubles.

Some of the dishes were not as described. The salads were supposed to have chicken and they did not. The turkey sandwich was full of chunks of turkey rather than slices, making it difficult to eat. the food was tasty and overall we were satisfied in spite of these problems.

Seriously? You’re supposed to throw away bad lettuce not feed it to customers. I just went through the drive thru. Whoever is working tonight IS NOT actually working. While this is maybe my 5th time coming here, it’s also also the 5th time they’ve made mistakes. My bf had a completely different sandwich from the one he ordered. Not worth going back to get this order fixed and I’m done ever coming back. Get it together.

I’ve always done reasonably well here with the food, or as a place to meet people. Fairly quiet and seldom very busy. Unlike the location at Coronado Mall, the kiosks work and there doesn’t seem to be a staff shortage.
