We ordered delivery because there were some 2 for 1 deals through Uber Eats. This location also has a drive through. The order arrived quickly and was still hot. All of the sauces we asked for were provided and the order was correct. The food was good at a great price. If you are looking for a five star meal you cane to the wrong place. If you are looking for good comfort food at a great price, stop in or get a delivery.

I am beyond disappointed with the service I received from this Wendy’s tonight. I placed a large mobile order for several Biggie Bags and made it very clear at the window that I needed every meal bagged separately because everyone was heading to different locations. That was the only way to keep everything organized. Even with that direct instruction they bagged all the burgers together, all the fries together, and everything else in one pile. Nothing was separated. None of the burgers were correct because they were rushing even though the entire mobile order was right in front of them on the screen. It defeats the purpose of ordering ahead if the staff refuses to slow down long enough to read the order.
I had to pull over on the side of the road and sort through the entire bag myself just to figure out who was getting what. On top of all that they still forgot my chili. That was a single meal for one of the kids and the only thing they asked for. I ended up having to drive to a completely different restaurant just to make sure that child even had something to eat.
There is always an issue at this location. Every single time. I spent almost sixty dollars and could not get basic customer service or accuracy. It is ridiculous and unacceptable. I expect better from a brand of this size.

NOT RECOMMENDED. We have not stopped at this particular Wendys’ location in Brookfield, CT in a while. That said, while in line to be waited on inside the restaurant, I was amazed at how much the place has degraded in every phase including; service, cleanliness, appearance (old and out dated/unkept). After waiting in line for 10 minutes with one other person in front of us and no one even acknowledging either of our presence, and upon observing the unkept appearance in the food prep area behind the counter, we simply decided to leave. What was once one of the top tier fast food locations in our area has degraded to one of the worst. It is clear to me now, why on such a busy Saturday in the peak of lunch time hour, the parking lot was near empty and only 2 tables inside occupied – that should have been our warning sign to pick up on and avoid stopping. Very very disappointing, we will not return to this location again in the future.

As i went to write this review I noticed i gave this place 3 stars 8years ago because of my wife and kids I end up keep going back. after today I just can’t. The spicy chicken sandwich I received with my order was anything but edible and seemed as if it was not cooked more than just to give it the appearance of being done. For all the talk of their fresh prepared foods I want want it that fresh. im gonna go throw up now. stay away from this location.

This place goes above and beyond I love their music Playlist & Ryan. They’re legitimately the best thing since sliced bread. Cleanest store and friendly environment. I needed a charger, since my phone was dead that day, and I actually needed juice & I was having an emergency situation at the moment. They all helped me so much and gave me some water with ice, since I was dehydrated. Talk about feeling like a #prince & Dave’s son w/ red hair. Mcdonalds in Waterbury & exit 8 of Danbury should be ashamed of themselves!
(I wanted to buy from both of them, but needed a charger to charge my joke of a phone to access the money and was denied…. and in #Danbury the bathroom was a disaster even #noahsarc wouldn’t be able to save me, the b police were called. I’m never going there again! #irs check these #fakebusinesses out!! I even explained that I was a frequent customer since birth and I’m 38 y/o and the manager said there was nothing they could do and I was #trespassing.)
I love this #wendy’s I’ve been coming here since they opened after Roy Roger’s closed nearly thirty years ago. I got to try something delish their cinnamon bread was phenomenal. Ryan deserves not only a raise but a pat on the back! He’s a #Rockstar. @TaylorSwift13 would even write a song about how she loves going to see him at @Wendys in #BROOKFIELD #CONNECTICUT since he’s so #friendly and down to earth! Visit Wendy’s and get their signature meal today! You won’t be disappointed and if you meet #RYAN ask for his signature!! #Friendliest staffing ever.

I attempted to purchase a $20 gift card, and when I went to pay, the cashier told me my card was denied. I tried a second card with the same result, even though both charges showed as pending on my cards. It was obvious there was an issue with their point-of-sale system, yet I was told, “Sorry, we can’t help you.”
I explained that I needed the gift card that evening, but there was no empathy, no effort to fix the problem, and no concern for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, and the lack of customer service was disappointing.
