There’s blonde hair in my food. 🙁 super gross and unsanitary, and impossible to get my long dark hair in a sealed container of baconator fries. Really disappointed, and it’s 1:30am so if I went back it would be the same gross and unsanitary crew working until close at 2am. It’s disappointing and disgusting.

I stopped here to grab a burger/Dave’s Single and a small Oder of French Fries.
My burger was o.k., but not up to par in comparison with the other locations I have gone to. There was way too much ketchup oozing out of the back side. I like burgers, so excessive condiments is a downer for me.
The staff was somewhat cordial, although the young woman at the drive thru seemed unnecessarily rushed as there was nobody waiting behind me.
The best part of this location was that the prices seemed slightly lower than the other Wendy’s I’ve been to. Then again, given the lower level of burger quality and staff friendliness, it seems about right.

For some reason at this location, I ordered a bacon double stacked Burger I pay through my app I pay for extra onions and for extra bacon pretty much every time I don’t get the extra I’ve complained and they tell me they gave me extra when they didn’t. I don’t wanna sound like I’m griping, but this is happened at least 15 times I should’ve learned my lesson, but I just came to the conclusion. They just don’t care.

Wendys is one of my favorite fast food choices in Groton. Giving 4 stars because some of the food was a little cold and also they take to long to acknowledge you at the drive thru *there was no one ahead of me either) this happens a lot here. Otherwise, I love the quality of the food here.

Got a junior cheeseburger deluxe and a chicken sandwich. Both buns were stale. My hamburger didn’t have lettuce. It’s a tomato on it so it obviously wasn’t a deal but I got the wrong burger. And they didn’t give me a receipt. I went back to for them to make it right and there was too many people online so I couldn’t wait. After already waiting in line, I didn’t have time to wait all over again. All I want is dinner. What the hell. How hard is it.

Went for late night food. Fries were burnt, got the wrong sauce, nuggets were just tossed in the bag, and window guy was rude. Just wanted some food to celebrate one of life’s little wins and they ruined it. Would not go back.

Placed my order and was asked to wait, which I didn’t mind. Was told it was because they were waiting on the fries, which made me excited for a fresh hot batch. They brought my order out and the fries were barely warm and somewhat soggy. I tried to overlook that blatant lie and opened up my burger. Scraps of an old onion ring batch piled on top of what looked like a desiccated patty cooked several hours ago. Severely disappointed, will never recommend this location to anybody.

Incompetent… can’t even figure out how to make a sandwich… I can’t imagine how many orders they get wrong throughout the day not caring about what they do. Breakfast to dinner it does not fail. They will get it wrong.
