I have been to this sonic location plenty of times and never had any issues until today. I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 7:41pm .. there was a line so I gave them some grace until I realized it was 7:55pm and there were no cars in the drive-thru.. so its now 8:00pm and I pull around to the drive-thru .. I explain that I had been waiting for my food for abt 20 minutes at this point and the girl speaking was very nice and apologetic and read my order out to me and told me to pull around. I pull around they bring me my food mind you.. all I had was a SMALL slushy and a SMALL chilli cheese tot. When I get my food, immediately I notice my drink is wrong .. i give it back they fix it I thought everything was good … NO , I open my bag and its some type of burger and PLAIN tots .. I will not be returning to this location ever.

We just left here after sitting 10 mins we see one worker talking to a person he goes in and the 1 guy and 2 girls ALL workers standing around a trunk in parking lot smoking and look, I don’t care what you do on your own time but when cars are in the parking lot waiting for food and no one is even responding and then we see you come out of the store to go smoke as a group at a vehicle One appeared to be the manager if this is how y’all are running this location I can see why the parking lot is always empty. Do better.ppl or find a new job

The employees were very friendly and professional. However, they read my order back to me three times and still got my order wrong. Even with the cheese burger being made wrong, I have to admit that it was still hot, fresh and good tasting.

Eat here on a regular basis & they are consistently great. Food – great, service – fast, selection & seasonal specials – wonderful, prices – reasonable. Today there was a mistake made on a special order (no big deal, it happens). The problem was immediately rectified, & the server apologized profusely. Remains one of our favorites!

Was at a stall for 5-10 minutes. Pressed button and waited. (3x over the 5-10 mins) No one answered. No one came to let me know that stall didn’t work. Nothing. Moved stalls and got a reply immediately when button was pressed. Also got my order wrong

To Whom It May Concern,

On the night of August 1st, 2025, I encountered some deeply disappointing service from a young Hispanic woman working the night shift. Her approach to customer interaction was rude, impatient, and needlessly confrontational. When I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, she flat-out refused and ignored me. I then reached out to other young women on staff — many of whom I see daily — and waited patiently, yet still, no one acknowledged or addressed my request.

Let me be clear: I understand when a team is short-staffed or overwhelmed — I’m here nearly every day and I get it. But no customer should be treated like a burden for simply placing an order. I wasn’t being rude or demanding — I was trying to clarify a mistake (removing bacon and letting her know I’d be using tap pay to save her time). Instead of receiving basic respect, I was brushed off and met with negativity.

I even stood outside my car to calmly explain the situation. Rather than listen, she insulted me by suggesting I just wanted something for free, then walked off mid-conversation yelling, “I’m busy.” That moment wasn’t just frustrating — it was demeaning.

As a Black man, I’m constantly mindful of how I express myself, because even the slightest show of frustration can be misinterpreted. That awareness shouldn’t be necessary, but here we are. The way this situation was handled left me feeling disregarded, disrespected, and unheard — and that’s not something I’ll stay silent about.

I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes for a manager — and no one has shown up. That’s unacceptable. I’m reaching out to corporate, and yes, I will be speaking to the press. You can review your security footage for proof — I stand by everything I’ve said here.

This incident doesn’t reflect the standard I usually see from your team — many of your staff are great. But on this night, your brand was poorly represented, and I left feeling small for simply trying to spend my money. That’s not just bad service — that’s a failure in leadership.

Do better. You’ve earned your 3.9-star rating.

I’ve gone to this establishment twice. 1st time they forgot to include my CB, Onion rings drink and they were out of jalapeño poppers total for what forgot was close to $10.00. Second time I’d ordered $40.00 worth of food and they argued with me telling me I only ordered a CB & FF. This. Time it took a manager to figure out what the issue was. But when I got home ready to eat I realized the toppings weren’t even close to the way I’d ordered it. That was both my 2nd and last time at sonic

This Sonic is a hit and miss depending on what time you go. I am almost never disappointed when we go during Happy Hour. The wait is long, but at least there is a reason. The mornings, on the other hand, are not good. Even if ordering my app you have to wait for a long time to get your order. In most cases, there aren’t many customers.

Recently I ordered the $2.99 Philly Carhop Classic with fries. Being that it was before 10am, I thought everything would be fresh. Well, the fries were hard and warm/not hot and the Philly was straight out nasty. The bread was dry and torn, the meat was hard, and it had raw onions on it.

Overall, I have had good food here and bad food here. Pretty much like your average fast food restaurant.
