its fast food so obviously your expectations arent gonna be top tier, but this location is genuinely a new low. every time i have gone there ive been met with rude employees who act as if youre a burden to deal with and they cop and attitude. the food in the drive thru is literally thrown in the bag like upside down, its an entire bag of spilled food. this has happened every time ive gone there. food is mid, usually burnt and customer service is garbage

Not really giving them a negative review but tonight the food took significantly longer then usual and I was pulled up which none of these have really happened before with the exception of the occasional we’re making a fresh batch of fries would you mind pulling up and that’s maybe a 4-5min max waiting but tonight I was sitting there for just over 30min meanwhile at least 5 cars behind me got there food and left I just wanna know why it took so long for 3 burgers and an order of pub fries?

They gave my door dash order to someone with same name who made a mobile order. Admitted what happened but then said they did nothing wrong, it was door dashes fault. The manager was extremely rude and in no way willing to admit fault.

Everything was very good.The bun, Lettuce,tomatoe and onions were fresh. Fries very tasty as usual. Meat was very fresh and mouth watering! Service was a bit slow but staff were very polite.

This is always a busy restaurant! The drive thru line is known to wrap around the restaurant. I decided to go in tonight and I was amazed at how the Manager Evan? worked the front and the drive thru with ease and with a positive customer service attitude! He was able to troubleshoot and resume filling orders. My rating is 4 star but only because of the wait and the delays I observed with mobile orders.
