I’ve been to this location twice and both experiences were so memorable that I felt compelled to write a review. The first time I went, the employee on the line was actively on a phone call on speaker while the phone was in his shirt pocket. I was going to just wait for him to finish on the phone before ordering but he was waving me on to tell him what I wanted. I started to order and I swear every single thing I told him I wanted I had to repeat at least once because he was fully engaged in the phone call. I believe he was on the phone with the manager, but if you have to take a work call just say so and step in the back for a minute. The next time I went in, they had no steak but I was in no rush so I waited a few minutes until it was cooked. When I got back in line, there was a couple in front of me trying to order, and the young kid taking orders was so rude to the woman ordering as well as his female coworker. By the time I was ordering from him, he started (by my interpretation) flirting with me and giving me compliments, then proceeded to ask my age in front of his coworker and the other four people in line. Super uncomfortable situation overall. I think a manager just needs to get these kids into shape so they don’t act so entitled.
However both bowls I have gotten have been some of the best ever so the cooks are doing it right back there

By far the worst experience at a Chipotle, the place is nasty, food all over over the floor. One staff member running the entire food line working her butt off trying to keep up while the other standing at the counter obsessed with her phone. Line to the door. Another standing at the register just waiting for customers while there is so much cleaning that needs to be done. Will not come back to this location

Ordered food for 2:10 pick up at 12:30. We asked periodically for our food and it never came out so we left at 2:50 after repeatedly asking if it was coming or if we should just cancel and order there to make it easy on them. The woman at the front was rude too.

I’m writing this review out of genuine concern.
Three days ago, I ate at this location, and while ordering I noticed how dirty and black the flat top grill was. It looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time, and all the chicken and steak were being cooked on the same surface.
Unfortunately, I got sick the same day I ate there and have been experiencing nausea and vomiting for the past three days. I’m still not fully recovered.
Food safety and cleanliness are extremely important. Please be careful, this is not something to take lightly. I hope management takes this seriously and improves cleaning and sanitation practices to protect customers.

I could not believe how filthy this location was. My food was cold but I was honestly more worried about the conditions, health, and safety at this place. Not a single table had been wiped down, floor was unfathomable, and soda/serving station was disgusting. If they are this lazy about the conditions where customers are eating and seeing it with their own eyes, it makes me wonder what it looks like in the back (the freezer, how food is stored, etc). I hope headquarters really looks into the management of this place.

This Chipotle branch is one of the dirtiest I’ve ever visited. When my wife, young son, and I went in to dine, we found a mess everywhere—from vending machines and overflowing trash cans to food all over the empty tables. The bathroom was even dirtier than a gas station’s. There was no line when we arrived, so it was puzzling why the staff wasn’t cleaning up. I’ve visited this location multiple times for takeout, and this isn’t a one-time incident; it’s been consistently dirty over the past couple of years. The staff here also seems subpar, consistently providing bad service. The food is still decent for the price, which is why I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1. However, I highly recommend not dining in at this location.

Waited 30 min in line. Multiple items not available. 5 minute wait for brown rice (finally just settled for white). 3 minute wait for black beans. They forgot the lettuce in one of our bowls. Burrito tortilla was chewy and possible stale. Chips stale too. Steak chewy.

Firs time dining in this Chipotle location. If I could give it more stars I would! Woow! I can’t get over the taste It was the best Chipotle steak bowl I’ve ever tasted in my life very big food portions, I’ve been to different locations in different states but this one is my favorite yet! The staff were nice, kind and friendly they do a great job wish them all the best.. The restaurant was clean, there was a line, it was crowded but it worth it. The view around the restaurant was very nice. Highly recommended!

I’ve never had a worst experience at a chipotle ever the gentleman were super nice but I just have a complaint about a specific girl. I didn’t catch her name but I asked for a vinaigrette without checking or anything. She said no I asked the guy if there’s any he said, yes of course we have it and then she goes and talks to the guy And apparently she got mad And threw the sauce on the counter never have I ever been more disrespected in my life she should not work there if she Doesn’t want to deal with customers and I work with Customer service so I know better than to talk to somebody like that but the guys where super nice
