I used to come here every day for lunch until it got to the point where I had to spend my entire break waiting for food almost every time. I tried mobile ordering to make it easier to pick up and I’ve still had to wait over 15 minutes for food that was already ordered and paid for. Go inside, and you wait at least 20 minutes. Go to the drive through (even when you’re the only car in it) and still get parked for “two minutes” and have to walk into the store five minutes later asking for your food. Mobile order and it doesn’t matter they don’t make your food until you get there anyway. Management has taken an absolute nosedive at this place so if corporate is looking for locations to close, I’d recommend this one so nobody else has to waste their time like I have time and time again.

This place was very disorganized. We had to repeat our order several times because they seemed like they didn’t understand what we wanted. After a bit of a wait, nothing too crazy, they got the entire order wrong. A manager had to come over and confirm that it was incorrect. He made it right and got us everything we ordered but then, when we went to get our drinks, there was no ice and out of the 8,946 beverage options, maybe 5 were available. Of the available drink options, all were diet or zero sugar or something like that, nothing that most people typically drink. The furniture was run down to the point that the seats were duct taped! The dining room was messy and slippery. It was rainy so I get that there will be some moisture on the ground but in the entire time that my wife and I were there, not once was anyone observed mopping, putting down caution signs, or anything to try to stay on top of it. Overall, poor experience. My wife and I won’t be returning.

It’s a Wendy’s, so I know what to expect. BUT maybe not, because of all things for a fast food joint to fail to deliver on, the fountain drinks generally work out ok. But this time? Not so much. Not one Coke product that folks generally care about was in stock on the machine, just all the tier C and below brands. Alas. And alack.

Go there for breakfast. Went there at 11pm, starving. It took forever and some guy with green hair everywhere, hoping it’s not in my food gives me cold food. It took long enough that they could’ve made the bread by hand first. I’ve seen employees fighting each other in there and the management must be horrible. My fries taste like they’ve been sitting for the last 2hrs. Nobody was there at all, idk why I’m getting cold food after watching like I was in line.

Went to drive thru and the service was okay at the window. I ordered a 10 pice nugget with sweet and sour sauce a combo meal with a sprite. Also a 6 pice nugget both regular nuggets. I also wanted a frosty but they said that they we’re waiting for the truck order I don’t know if that was true. Then at the window we exchanged. I get my bag and the guy takes my card. He puts the card in the machine then opens his phone and scrolls while I’m waiting for my card. When he’s done he hands me my card and walks away no have a good night nothing. I didn’t get my drink I thought he was going to make it but he disappeared.(Mistakes happen we’re human) but he was careless. Then I see another worker he looks at me at the window and walks away. Now there’s a third guy that see me and he walks over to the window and acknowledged me with raising his eye brows so I tell him I didn’t get my drink im missing a medium sprite. He makes me the drink and then I say have a goodnight. I get nothing back. I drive off. Once I’m at home I have a 6 spicy nuggets and I didn’t ask for spicy which is frustrating no regular 6 piece. Then I got honey mustard sauce instead of BBQ and the food was not fresh.( I don’t expect Chris Ruth from Wendy’s) but the fries were barely warm and the nuggets looked like they were sitting out. The taste was off I cannot describe it. Disappointing experience.

This is the WORST Wendy’s!!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE, do NOT waste your time, or Money! I just recently started going back… I haven’t been there in years because during the pandemic, I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger, and they gave me a Brunt tasting Orange bacon cheeseburger that was Sooooo nasty. I went back and got a refund.

Here is the Recent update:

Yesterday, I had an issue with the manager at the drive thru window. We ordered two mobile orders very simple, common easy meals to make. He asked us to pull up to the stop sign and wait for our food because he said “it was gonna take a while because we have two orders” what!!!????
So, we pulled up to the stop sign and waited for our food… And as we waited, we watched cars drive off given their food as we waited 15 minutes for our mobile order.

When Manager finally came out to the car… He only had ONE of our mobile orders ready after 15 MINUTES of waiting!!!
2 of our fries were missing and 1 of our burgers were NOT in the bag, we were given the wrong order of chicken nuggets, and most importantly…. The food was COLD!!!!!!!

The burgers weren’t even wrapped correctly, It looks like they just threw the burgers in a bag…. Disgusting!!!

I went inside to get a refund and the Manger was taking his sweet time to attend to me. I was waiting for over 15 minutes just for a refund after waiting 15 minutes for my mobile order than was incomplete and missing items.

Inside the restaurant…The workers were not washing their hands, Not practicing hygiene protocols. One time.. there was a worker who had very long nails there working with food, so unsanitary. He definitely needs training.

The manager yesterday was kinda rude, he’s VERY Unexperienced. He does NOT know what he’s doing at all.

I understand that this is fast food but whenever I want to treat myself…. customers should receive good quality service and clean food, whether this is fast food or NOT!!!

If you order a mobile order, you SHOULD be Priority!!! You should not be waiting on the side for 15 plus minutes.

I don’t know what’s going on with this Wendy’s, but I will not be returning to that particular location.It’s horrible!!!!

This Wendy’s location always has a line full of cars waiting by the stop sign on the side, they take forever to give customers their food.

They need new management and Training.
This is completely unacceptable!!!!

Ordered the biggy bag with a bacon cheeseburger. The cheese looked like it had been on the Burger for hours. The food was cold. Not up to temp! The only thing that was good was the soda. Tried calling them and no answer. It was a total waste.
