Went to drive thru. Received the burgers we wanted, but not the drinks we ordered. Again the women just handed us the food and left. No time to say the drinks are not correct. So I don’t feel the service is good.

Dude at drive thru that swear he knows everything sucks. Explained to the guy they have a deal with the chicken sandwich, strawberry lemonade and Dave’s single, tells me he been working there and we don’t have that. Now I know I heard that commercial plenty of times. Went to Shell next door to find it. I find it go back in store and ask him, “you never heard of this” (showing him the deal in my phone) “I thought u was talking about a meal” is what he says when I said nothing about french fries and said for $6. At least try to figure it out dude wants to go back in forth with me to try and look cool in front of his staff. Then tells me, “who you think you talking to?’ only me and him so didn’t think I needed answer. So finally he ends with, “get out of here, before I call authorities”. I’m a black man so that got my attention real quick. But best believe I will be talking with a couple managers. LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. would have given no stars if I could.

These ppl act like you’re asking them to do open heart surgery. Waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich although it takes 4 mins to cook. Then came out handed it to me no napkins no nothing. And parts were still pink already annoyed so I threw it out. Never coming back here.
