Staff doesnt seem to care. Except one gentleman that is always helpful and speedy. Food is usually fresh though. Parking is fine on a slant. The drive-thru is blocked in so you better be sure you want it because you are stuck til the end.

I reside in close proximity 5mins to this establishment and would prefer to commute 20 minutes to dine at an other Wendy’s. However, I did so tonight and was disappointed to find the experience to be subpar. Food cold, flat sprite soda, the floors were excessively slippery, the bathrooms were unsanitary, and upon observing the area behind the counter, I noticed trash scattered on the floor near the food preparation area. The elderly employee displayed a lack of courtesy, while some of the younger staff members appeared to be inattentive and unprofessional. When attempting to bring concerns to their attention, they seemed dismissive. They will just laugh or act like they don’t hear you. Never again !

On January 4th, 2026, at 9:00 AM, the Wendy’s staff refused to open. When I called and I requested somebody to open the door, the woman who answered the phone was very rude and obnoxious. Stated that I need to go to the drive-thru to take my order due to them being short-staffed. The problem is I am not driving, and it is snowing outside. This Wendy’s is constantly delivering horrible, rude customer service. I will not be back. I don’t recommend this Wendy’s location take your business elsewhere.

On today 10-17-2025 I sent my nephew in to get his phone from inside the two male front end cashiers harassing and bully my 10 year old nephew. So I went inside and spoke with both oh them and not one time the manager John said anything. But Corporate will be getting a nice email. And on another time they had my order to the car in front of me and when I get to the window they think they can hand me the same bag of food. I’m so sick of the unprofessional no customer service having. But Corporate will get a lengthy email with follow up

I’m shocked by the utter lack of professionalism displayed by the workers at the drive thru. Despite being spoken to in a respectful manner, they consistently show a complete disregard for customers. Unfortunately, I’ve had the displeasure of experiencing this multiple times.

Been going here for weeks With no problem. Went here earlier today thru the drivethru on my lunch break and must have caught them on a bad day. This jamaican dude who had a rough tone of voice but otherwise has always been pretty respectful mubled under his breath mocking me when I was just confirming my order to him. It was very out of the blue and disrespectful. I let him know that and he started raising his voice at me asking if I had a problem. the next booth I went to go pick up my food and I let the worker know she just told me have a nice day.. and Again, never had an incident at this place, always been a good experience but today I saw what I guess had been a reputation for this location for a long time according to all the reviews.. stay away from here is my advice.

Went to Wendy’s for breakfast. Staff was friendly. However, garbage all around the drive through and the property.
I heard. Never eat at an restaurant if there is garbage outside the door.
It is sad because the breakfast is good.

I was doing Dash and I’ve been waiting for an order for over an hour. They told me they were going to bring it to the back door, but it never arrived. I had to come back to the window again, and they hadn’t even prepared it for me. It’s the last straw! Terrible service.
