Food was wonderful per usual for Wendy’s . Super fresh always! Service is up in the air. The usual all the time workers whom have been there for sometime couldn’t ask for any better service but the newbies which u clearly can tell tend to have major attitudes and make u feel like an inconvenience. Which if it wasn’t for people like me coming every week you wouldn’t have a paycheck sweet cheeks , but overall 9/10

Went through the drive thru female employee can’t speak English very well. we are trying to order and she not listening to us. The keeps repeating anything else 5 times interrupting us while we are trying to tell her what we want. workers are lazy took 10 mins to give us our change my burger was not wrap properly it was thrown together and half wrapped. Seems the standard on food is low. I’m normally happy with this location. But when I get my little one apple bites that look like this, I’m one unhappy mommy! I understand maybe staff is short or they feel underpaid, but this is not okay! I used to be a manager at a different food business, and this is unacceptable. Pay attention!

I’m so tired of ordering stuff and it being wrong. I ordered a son of baconator. Its supposed to come with two patties. I pretty much got a JBC on a premium bun. Only one patty. I asked specifically for sour cream, no sour cream in the bag. I get it delivered because I’m alone at work all day and can’t leave so idk something is wrong until I’m eating it. It happens ALL THE TIME and I am so frustrated.

Was in there on Monday and they had no carbonated drinks ok so ordered lemonades and tea extra .50 on lemonade and no refills hesitated on refill for tea not my fault u didn’t have soda still stayed should have avoided extra charge or given 1 refill burgers were cold had to ask for fresh fries and the big lady behind counter said they were fresh we arrived a little after 11 and this was dining room very upset with whole experience it’s sad because normally their great

Only gave atmosphere a 3 because I went during a storm, no choice. So everyone was in a tizzy, customers, servers, cashier’s. But they did a good job keeping composed! Better then McDonald’s where I stood in line for 10 minutes without even an acknowledgement
