Stopped here during a long road trip so we could get a water. We were specifically told that it won’t cost anything at the ordering kiosk. Once up to the window, we were being told that we can’t be given the water without purchasing an item with it or we could buy a bottle of water. 100% bad service. Being told something is free then immediately trying to charge us with the excuse that the person taking our order was “new”. The workers here are a joke. It’s tap water for god sakes.

Just ordered a Medium Mello Yellow at Drive Thru. I took a sip, and immediately realized it tasted musty or moldy, like a wet basement. I smelled it, and it smelled like a musty wet basement, too. Let my husband taste it, thinking I was wrong, but he said the same. Dumped it out the window, and I hope we don’t get sick! Clean your drive thru ice maker and hoses! Absolutely disgusting!

The drive-up is a little confusing because there are 2 lanes, but otherwise it was good. This time I didn’t have to wait very long in line to get my food. The person that took my order was very patient and friendly, and the other employees were great too. No complaints this time!

Was told no more 10 percent discount off total order if request Senior Discount.
I have been a senior for a few years now and always received it, if requested when ordering. Was disappointed not available anymore. Have been a customer all my life and order from Wendy’s frequently. A lot of seniors are on a fixed income as well. Request Wendys bring back 10 percent discount for seniors.

Every time we order, even delivery from doordash, our food is sizzling hot and fresh. One of our favorite Wendy’s locations. Their staff is friendly, helpful and on point almost every time. Keep up the great work Keene Wendy’s.
