This Taco Bell on Towson has some very professionally polite people in the Drive-Thru I go through once or twice a week for lunch. They’re always kind, thoughtful and polite and they get my order right which a lot of drive-thrus fail to do. If you’re looking for something that is cheap and filling, I highly recommend the cheesy double beef burrito for like $2.90.

The drive thru attendant outside is very courteous and patient. The food is usually pretty quick getting out the window, but the last 2 visits about a week apart , the Sierra Mist syrup was out. The 1st time it happened we had already left the store. The second time it happened, I checked it..it was out then too. I told the window clerk that it was out. She offered to get me something else, but that would be a problem for the next customer wanting some sierra mist. So, I just asked if they could just change the syrup. They may be short handed, but it’s a customer service based business. She acted very short tempered about it being something simple. For that I suggest always checking your drinks before you drive away.

Been waiting nearly 20 minutes past when I was told my order was ready and still have yet to get my order though there have been nearly 10 other people with the manager only saying by it’s “on the way”, people working very slow and not good service.

Got 3 small pieces of chicken in my chicken cantina burrito. The nacho fries looked half empty. They left out the mild sauce I asked for, and the cinnamon twists as well.
As someone who’s worked in the restaurant business before, it’s not that hard to pay attention, especially when it’s not even busy.

Not only was the taco filled with hot meat and loads of cheese but the dining room was spotless as well as the female bathroom. To some that’s not important but to me I was extremely grateful.
