First they changed their opening hours from 630am to 8am. Then they completely got rid of English muffins. Now they’re ending breakfast at 10am instead of 1030.

Placed a breakfast mobile order on 1/31…. Was told the Wendy’s oven was not working and that my order could not be fulfilled. I cancelled my order through the app took over a week to get in contact with Wendy’s…. I have yet to receive my money back and i left that day with no food. Wendy’s basically robbed me at this location, i am just saying.

I stopped at Wendy’s on Reservoir,In Cranston RI.The food was great,hot chilli,like the 4 for 4 meal it’s great.nice service, The place was clean. No complaints, Large Dining room. I would recommend this Wendy’s too All.. I liked the Decor. I’m Back!! When in the area I must stop and get a fantastic large cup of chill. And coffee ☕ with my girlfriend. This place always amazes me. The service is second to none. The staff is always extremely helpful and pleasant. I love the ambiance of the dining room, nice electric fireplace. Place is clean. The bathroom is clean, with TP. Soap paper towels. What more can I say but if you’re in Cranston reservoir av. Stop in this Wendy’s and enjoy the superb food, and be greeted by the wonderful server’s.. even better I a Free coffee ☕ only if you’re a senior. Now that’s fantastic.. and I meet my friends that serve me they take the time to say Hi and how is my day going!! This is two more of my girlfriend’s that work at Wendy’s they fantastic. They make my day. There so friendly and helpful. I get My chilli and coffee ☕ there a few times a week. Thank you ladies for making my day. And making Wendy’s a Better place to visit. It speaks for itself!! I’m trying to get a picture of the manager. She’s the one behind the scenes. Extremely intelligent person. And she works well with her worker’s and customers like myself!!

Not going to name names but we went to a pretty expensive 3-course valentine’s day dinner that turned out to be ONLY DESSERT. It was from 6-9pm! We left starving. Wendy’s saved the day. Thanks Wendy! (dessert was delicious btw)

I went in the drive through this morning, and Yesenia was really nice, she dis a great job on making me feel welcome, in a place where I can belong. She mass de e sure the size of food was what I wanted, I love the way my Muffin deal sandwiches was made. Everything was fresh!

This location was very clean, and inviting. I dined in with a salad and a baked potato. Everything was fresh and hot. They gave me so many condiments which I appreciated. I liked the tvs on the walls so I didn’t have to stare at my phone while I ate.

I brought my little sister here so she could get some food. We went through the drive through and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. We were missing a 4 piece nugget and I kindly and calmly let them know. The cashier kept insisting they were all in the bag and we triple checked the bag and even took everything out to check. We even handed them the bag so they could check for themselves. While they were checked they were making rude and snide comments. When they finally handed our bag back, she made it sound like we stole the nuggets and like we were faking it. REALLY?! Four piece nuggets? You really think I’d try to steal 4 piece nuggets? I know we out here in the struggle, but I’m not that freaking broke. All this freaking drama over four piece nuggets. I hope every single one of them gets fired.
Also they didn’t even give us a receipt which to me is always a red flag. They don’t give you it so that you can’t use the link or number to make a complaint. I hope a higher up sees this review.
