Not going to name names but we went to a pretty expensive 3-course valentine’s day dinner that turned out to be ONLY DESSERT. It was from 6-9pm! We left starving. Wendy’s saved the day. Thanks Wendy! (dessert was delicious btw)

I can’t personally speak to the quality of the food, but I know someone whose favorite fast food restaurant is Wendy’s! I noticed that they give you an empty cup when you order a drink, and then you go fill it with whichever drink you want at the beverage dispenser (which has a ton of different options) – and you can keep refilling your cup at no extra charge.

This is the worst Wendy’s to go to at night. Food is always wrong or missing and tonight we ask for one diet coke and one regular coke but it was not marked so we ask which one was the diet and the guy took the soda opened it and sniffed it. It was so grouse that when we said something he closed the window and started to laugh about us outside the drive- thru. So unprofessional. It looks like he doesn’t know about health protocols.

I stopped at Wendy’s on Reservoir,In Cranston RI.The food was great,hot chilli,like the 4 for 4 meal it’s great.nice service, The place was clean. No complaints, Large Dining room. I would recommend this Wendy’s too All.. I liked the Decor. I’m Back!! When in the area I must stop and get a fantastic large cup of chill. And coffee ☕ with my girlfriend. This place always amazes me. The service is second to none. The staff is always extremely helpful and pleasant. I love the ambiance of the dining room, nice electric fireplace. Place is clean. The bathroom is clean, with TP. Soap paper towels. What more can I say but if you’re in Cranston reservoir av. Stop in this Wendy’s and enjoy the superb food, and be greeted by the wonderful server’s.. even better I a Free coffee ☕ only if you’re a senior. Now that’s fantastic.. and I meet my friends that serve me they take the time to say Hi and how is my day going!! This is two more of my girlfriend’s that work at Wendy’s they fantastic. They make my day. There so friendly and helpful. I get My chilli and coffee ☕ there a few times a week. Thank you ladies for making my day. And making Wendy’s a Better place to visit. It speaks for itself!! I’m trying to get a picture of the manager. She’s the one behind the scenes. Extremely intelligent person. And she works well with her worker’s and customers like myself!!

When I want fast food, Wendy’s is always a solid option, however the service at this store location is sloppy. Ordered a medium #4 meal and a 6pc nugget as a side. Gave me 2 medium fries and the nuggets, no chicken sandwich. I was home by the time I realized the mistake and didn’t feel like driving all the way back. I hate to sound like a Karen, but come on guys, I was the only car in the drive thru. Had me and my friends in a deep discussion about the current state of work ethics in American youth these days.

1star because I’m hoping someone will see this. We arrived off a 7 hour flight at 11pm and wanted something fast and small on our way home. Pull up the speaker and it starts playing static whenever the person “spoke” but there were no words. Pull up to the window, and once someone saw us, they promptly hid around the corner and would not reappear. We watched another car pull into the drive through so we followed them to try again. This time the speaker was making a different noise. This person drove off. We pull up to the speaker again and this time is was making a “yup-ing” noise. We pulled off and put in a mobile order for pickup and sat at the window until it was ready. Someone finally opened the window to hand us our order with no words. They used several stickers to tape the bag closed, and threw in 8 sauce packets for an order that was a burger and an 8 piece nugget. As we were leaving we saw another car try to us the drive through, and the speaker was making a different noise than before until that car also gave up and left.

Delicious, hot food. Best fries I’ve ever had at Wendy’s! Excellent service, and friendly all around. Very impressed with this Wendy’s. It’s super large inside. Huge windows and well lit from the sun; it gives it a large, airy feel. Definitely different from other Wendy’s I’ve been to. Plenty of seating including some outside tables as well.

Employee Tasheka is a great, patient and hard worker! Has a smile on her face regardless of the problem. I messed up on my order twice and without any hesitation she took great care of me.
