The food was good, but took longer than expected. There was no one else that had ordered before us. This Wendy’s has the normal interior decor, the normal size, and just the right amount of seating. Outdoor seating is available too. This location does not have any ordering kiosks. There are two Coke freestyle machines. One was completely turned off and the other had about 25% of the product in it. Parking here is kind of limited, and has easy access off Manton Avenue and Fruit Hill. Only positive note, this one actually had baked potatoes in stock!

who forgets the bacon on a bacon double stack?? that is literally the staple ingredient of the burger. not to mention just a couple strips of bacon is nearly an extra dollar charge. ofc it’s the one time i go home without checking the food.

Waited 25 minutes in line without absolutely no one in front of me, looked at multiple times without being acknowledged. The girl working literally DROPPED my burger on the floor right in front of me while I’m looking at her and handed it to me. Disgusting. Also messed up my order twice after repeating my order over 5 times.

This Wendy’s needs new management. The regularly mess up any order we have. The food is always soggy. The service is not only slow the staff is generally cold and uncaring.

The food was nice and fresh and I love that can’t get that from many places nowadays but the customer service from the worker at the window was not acceptable, but a little more training and she’ll be just fine. Just know facial expression says it all when someone is saying thank you even when the order was a little all over the place but you acknowledge the comment and send the customer off with have a nice day!

I have given this location SO. MANY. CHANCES. The last two times I tried to visit, I placed a mobile order before arriving, to pick up at the drive through. Both times I was behind at least 6 cars. The time before, I waited at least TEN minutes and cars were NOT moving. I callwd the store from my car and asked what was going on? They said their ordering system was down. And they just let everyone wait for nothing. I left the line and went inside. They looked at my app receipt and actually put my order together since I already paid.
Tonight I ordered on the app from their parking lot. The cars were starting to back up but I got in line and again waited, at least five minutes, with NO CAR MOVEMENT and it looked like people were starting to gather inside as well. I cancelled my order and left.
Prior to these horrible experiences, I picked up my mobile order in the drive through and EVERY order had one problem or another. At least a dozen times. Mainly missing items or condiments. Also, chili or potatoes or salads where no utensils or napkins were provided.
I’m not going to be a sucker any longer. This location is managed horribly. Corporate or franchisee have dropped the ball, no, shredded the ball. Did DOGE invade this Wendy’s?

This Wendy’s is terrible. Especially with late night deliveries. Even the simplest orders they act real lazy and don’t put what you PAID FOR. I ordered a Pretzel Bacon chicken on Uber eats at about 12 AM . I recieved my order to get a stuffed order of oily fries & my sandwich with nothing on it but an orange sauce. The store of course doesn’t pick up there phone. So now I’m here because this is too much. And ridiculous

This Wendy’s is FANTASTIC! Danny, one of their amazing employees, took my order with a kind smile, and my food was ready literally the second after I paid! Not only that, but the quality of the burgers was so good! Sometimes you get a mid burger from a fast food place but they DELIVERED!! Fresh and tender! Me and my friends all got peach Fantas as well, a flavor of Fanta you can only really find at a Wendy’s these days. If you like peach, you will LOVE this drink! Also, I don’t know when they renovated the interior but the atmosphere is very enjoyable as well!
