Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered about 6 items. Churros were stale and tasted like they had been sitting for hours. Supreme dip was lukewarm and best, and they only gave us a total of about 6 tortilla chips broken into pieces and strewn throughout the bag (same way the churros were served). Lastly our cheesy Gordita crunchy was instead subbed out for your average taco supreme. Terrible drive through service and unfortunately not the first, I have hit the point where I would advise visiting another location even if it is inconvenient.

Had a bad experience with a girl named Maria. She acted like I was dumb and was completely rude. The food was good and the only reason I will return is for the food. Will be doing pick up inside to avoid the staff from now on.

The restaurant wasn’t very busy but we still waited 45 minutes for our food. The other couple people in line before us also waited about the same for their food. If you want actually fast food, don’t go here because they are super under staffed and don’t have enough people working.

Ordered veggie pizza, but got the almighty combo of beef and beans. I usually don’t post or leave bad reviews often. This has happened second time. All I can do is post this and hope this issue is brought up. As a vegetarian and ordering from veggie menu option in app and still getting this poor service. I have no words.

Needs a DEEP clean. The woman working the front area may be the most welcoming person ive seen in fast food. The floors were gross, bathrooms had stuff everywhere and the drink area was sticky.

The kiosk for ordering was trying to malfunction, and the kids minding the shop were too busy playing and joking, so offered no assistance to our struggles. We were finally able to place an order after 10 minutes messing with it.
I will add that the burrito was good, but those kiosks need to be replaced by humans!

Drive-through is slow and inefficient. Going into the restaurant nightmare. Self-serve, kiosks and being told they don’t take orders in person. People standing around, waiting for an order while being ignored as they get impatient. This is a management issue, not an employee issue, aside from the obvious lack of leadership. Nearby locations aren’t this bad.

I come here a lot and I always get a beef grilled cheese burrito and every single time it looks like this. This is ridiculous and the last time I came and got the same thing they burt the cheese on top to I left it on their counter for them since it took so long for them to stop looking at me and walk up after a while.
