I ordered a good amount of food about 930pm and everything was amazing. The summer salad was full, fresh and so tasty! I was I took pictures. The sandwiches and chili also perfect! The staff was fast and very accommodating also were friendly! I appreciate all the above because having dinner at 930pm means today was a crazy busy day and I am grateful that my hard earned money was used for good!! Thank you, You made my family’s night!!!

Call me crazy, but working at a fast food restaurant I would assume you should need to know the difference between a HAMBURGER and a cheeseburger. My kids are lactose so they get hamburgers instead of cheeseburgers. Last night, we ordered a pretty big order so when we received all cheeseburgers instead of hamburgers, there were no hard feelings, accidents happen, especially with a bigger order. We just quickly went back to let them know we didn’t receive the hamburgers and we were actually missing a 10 piece nugget too. We get to the window for the second time and all they gave us was the nuggets. Politely and patiently I told them again that we were missing the hamburgers. The kid at the window said he’ll need to get the manager. Manager comes out yelling “THOSE BURGERS WERE THE FIRST THINGS I MADE!” He frustratingly hands us 2 burgers. We drive off.. only to get home and see that they too were also.. cheeseburgers.

This is the best Wendy’s I’ve been to. We live nearby and have gone more often than I like admitting. Our order is always right and warm. The crew is the friendliest I have ever encountered… all of them but especially Craig. These negative reviews must be from people who had a bad day elsewhere… because they aren’t a reflection of this amazing crew and location. We show up in different cars as well… so I know it isn’t just cause they know us.

I ordered online and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. When I told them the name on the order they rudely said “Second Window”. So when I got to the window, the crew member didn’t say a single word to me. He basically threw me my drinks and shoved the bags in my face. As he shoved the bags out the window one fell on the ground. He saw it fall and again, he did not say ANYTHING to me no apology or anything and just scurried away. So I had no idea what was going on. So I did knock on the window and another worker came and I asked who the manager was. He said it was himself and that he was doing everything. He was nice and I told him I understood but the workers were EXTREMELY ignorant and did not speak to me at all and just threw my order at me. A simple “Hi” would have been appreciated. So he asked what was dropped. So did that mean that they weren’t going to do anything about it if I didn’t knock on the window? If it wasn’t for their customers they would not have jobs. So they should be more respectful.

If u want the worst of Wendys this is it. I’m blown away that they haven’t burned this one down and started fresh. I have had managers tell me that this is one of the worst Wendy’s in the country. Imagine that.. right in our backyard. You’ve never seen burnt tops right. This must have sat on the grill for the whole night. The chicken which shouldn’t be too hard to cook seeing as it comes in parbaked from Cisco….. was like rubber inside. Absolutely disgusting. The one thing you expect from fast food is consistency. It should taste the exact same way every single time and if you go to this Wendy’s you’ll get nothing but inconsistency.

3/14/2023 Night shift gives out cold and stale food and when u ask for new they take out the old sandwich burger meat n throw it on a new bun. How you make a new sandwich but the sandwich comes out cold still. It’s a health hazard.

Much better in the past month or so. Staff is friendly and attentive. I was trying to remember the difference between two sandwiches that are similar. The cashier quickly identified the two sandwiches I had in mind and helped me select the one I needed. The manager seems new. I don’t remember seeing him before May, but he has great customer service skills. I appreciate that he suggested other items I might enjoy in future visits. I have tried a few that he mentioned, and enjoyed them as something new. Thanks again.
