I try not to go to this location as their service sucks. There’s always only one car in the drive thru with a massive line at the speaker, but the person who’s sitting at the speaker is definitely not ordering. So the staff is just letting them sit there while they deal with the customer at the window, making the line wait (see the photos below as this happened last week when I stopped to get a frostie, obviously didn’t stay).
Today, I decided to stop on the way home from visiting a family member at Kent. I work in NK and go to the location down there frequently and the wrap is great. I was kinda craving it, so made a stop. The line wasn’t bad so figured I’d stick it out. Tell me why grilled chicken is STALE. And I’m reading the reviews and apparently this happens all the time at this location?? Also it was so poorly wrapped, a lot of it came out. I swear this rarely happens at the other location, but their chicken is also fresh whenever I come through so i guess Wendy’s are made differently. Never again.

At night time the workers don’t know what to do or how to do their job. I’ve been sitting at the drive through for 20 Minutes at the order window, enough time to come and review the place, and still sit here in the cold with the window open waiting for the lazy employees of this location to do anything at all. Only one other customer here. This is every night. Pathetic, terrible management. I’d be disgraced if I was running this place as my job with these results.

From this particular Wendys, the fries were bland, the chicken sandwich cold and a bit gross, but the drinks were great (pineapple mango lemonade and brownie batter vanilla frosty). I said thank you and the person who handed me the food looked right through me (understandable considering their wage and working conditions).
I would recommend choosing a different Wendy’s, even if it takes more time to get there. This one wasn’t worth it. I usually really enjoy this meal, but not from this location.

The young guy working behind the counter on a snowy Sunday morning was an absolute breath of fresh air usually these places are full of a bunch of lazy kids. this young man seemed a bit different. he was good at his job and took pride in it. you could tell. no matter what you do in this world, you should take pride in it. they need to find more like him.

I ordered (2) 6 piece chicken nuggets & (1) chocolate Frosty. I was charged for 2 chocolate Frosty’s. I asked for a refund while still at the drive thru window. I parked to eat & counted my nuggets to find they shorted me two. I walked in to get my 2 nuggets, as that’s what I paid for, & the young woman, wearing a name necklace & glasses, added only 1 nugget to my 4 and said I’m all set. I got back to my car to find out she again shorted me. Either she did it on purpose or can’t do math. Either way, I’m disappointed. Waste of my time & money.

If i could put 0 stars i would. How in the hell does someone order 4 sandwich combos and your employees somehow manage to make all 4 orders wrong. Is this even real ? You got someone blind deaf and mute working back there ? Ive never in my life had an order that was so wrong. Barely anyone in line, and yet I still have to wait over 5 minutes for one sandwich…plus the drive-thru guy has to take the next order AND get their drink, before he can simply hand me my sandwich that was sitting there the whole time…they clearly just don’t give a shit. I remember when fast food was called “fast food”, because you could actually expect to get it in a timely manner…what happened to that???

Ordered from here, waited about 25 minutes after placing order for food. Coupon code in app was showing coupons that were expired apparently? Got my back double stack biggie bag and took one bite of burger and spit it out, couldn’t eat a fry either. Nuggets weren’t hot but tasted good. Why I dont give these places a shot.

I have been coming to this location for years. 9 times out of 10 there is a woman at the window who basically throws the food at me. I try to tell her to stop each time and she shuts the window in my face. Just rude. If this location wasnt so close to me I wouldn’t go.

I went to Wendy’s because I didn’t have any time to prepare dinner. Got 2 small fries and 2 Son of Baconator sandwiches. Because I had a BOGO coupon for the burgers, I didn’t expect my order to be more than 16.00! Not worth it in my opinion since it’s really nothing more than a double cheeseburger with a couple of slices of bacon. Won’t be making that mistake again any time soon.
