Idk why it’s so hard to listen and just not add the item that is an allergen. If someone asks for an item with no bacon or no ketchup or whatever, the item shouldn’t come with twice the amount you usually add. At that point it seems malicious. Asked for no bacon specified allergy. This is what we got. I’d like to add that we were the only people at the restaurant so they can’t blame it on being busy. This is a constant thing with this restaurant.

Nice staff but, when someone places an online order which is predetermined by the person ordering it! How do you still mess the order up ? I paid extra for cheese and onions on my chili ? It comes plain ? Really ? A lot of young people working at this location which I am all for but ” Do Your Job ” with no mistakes or don’t do it at all. Pretty simple ! Not like your splitting atoms, its fast predetermined food SMH! I blame the owner and management. Get your act together, stop just settling for warm bodies for employees as your buisness is only as good as they are !

If I go to Wendy’s again it would be nice if I got asked if I wanted a single double or triple before someone just assumes I only want one patty on a baconator. That used to be normal practice but now I can’t just pull up to a Wendy’s and order a baconator as I normally would I guess I have to make sure I specify everywhere I go. I also didn’t get asked what size meal I wanted I guess it’s a good thing I at least specified that.

I visit this Wendy’s frequently but will never go back. Tried ordering food thru the drive thru and no one answered at the speaker all lights were off at the menu so I assumed it wasn’t working and they were taking orders at the window. They told me I can’t do that and I would have to pull back around. I tried explaining and they asked me how big would my order be and they said no you have to pull back around after waiting in line for 20 mins the night manager told me to go back around or leave with an attitude which is very unprofessional. I called her out on it and she told me to leave the F’in drivethru. Whoever this lady is and I’m sure some of you know her she needs a lesson on manners and should not be in any type of management position. She is not fit to handle her job. I will be calling corporate to see how they handle this issue because it was completely uncalled for.

I have the simplest order on the planet. I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger no tomato, 4 pc nugget and a small fry. The person who took my order was extremely polite and told me to get the 5$ biggie bag, ok cool!!! i get home to discover that i have some double cheeseburger burnt burger meat monstrosity COVERED in ketchup (i HATE ketchup) with pickles???? nowhere close to what i ordered.. threw it in the trash 🙁 nuggets were under cooked and the fry was not small like i wanted. i should have just paid extra to get what i ACTUALLY ORDERED. OH and no straw for my drink, so that’s fun! ughhhh

They need to to fire Jocelyn who works at the drive thru. This immature uncivilized person was yelling profanities at my sister when she was inquiring about why they decided to close in door dining early. The manager sat Idle while this happened. No clue how to run a restaurant. No ideas of how to treat customers. No employees should get away with treating us the way we were treated. Period! We wanted to dine in and they closed inside very early because they didn’t want to serve the area and tried to say they were under staffed, meanwhile riff raff employees sat around in the dining room getting paid to joke around. This Jocelyn girl was the worst, thinking she can run her mouth swearing at us when kids were present. Fire her immediately. And the horrible manager that did nothing about anything. Cooperate will be getting a call also. Do NOT eat here. Disgusting employee Jocelyn who claims her job is secure!!!! Needs to be fired immediately!!!!

This location just can’t handle any busy times, 20 minutes in drive thru waiting for a mobile order. Burgers were lukewarm, forgot to give me fries and what was supposed to be pineapple mango lemonade was extremely watered down. Not the first time this location has had these kinds of issues either
