Worst fast food ever. Gone there a few times always super slow or having problems. Today I sat at the drive thru for 5 mins, no answer. Drove up and the kid said they’re having problems can’t serve. Opens at 8am, it was 9:45. Need new manager or just close up and put a different restaurant.

Great prices for a quick on the go meal to be completely honest the wait in the drive up line is probably going to be about 15 minutes at night. but yes I did say but it’s worth it lol. working all day. bringing my kid to football. Guess what? I’m not cooking anything. I’m going to Wendy’s and getting a nice big chicken sandwich and my kid likes the new strawberry frosty and a $5 biggie bag All together I think it was $16. something totally worth it. the night before that we went to somewhere else right up the street and I paid $50 so looks like we’ll be going to Wendy’s a lot

I’ve never had hot food from this location. Skimping on ingredients. You can purchase a 20pc saucy nugget, but not a plain 20 piece, they charge you extra for that. In the drive through we’ve heard poor language and personal conversations between staff and management more than once.

The drive-thru and online menus both show a Bacon Double Stack for $3.79. The staff charged me $3.19 for a Double Stack and $1.40 for bacon. When asked why it wasn’t $3.79, the response was “this is the new way to ring it up.” When I explained that the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has clear laws governing consumer pricing. I was rebuffed. I asked for a manager and was told to go online. Terrible customer service! There was no effort to correct the situation. The staff gave the impression that they simply didn’t care. I will not be back. Wendy’s has fallen so far from the days of their salad bars and garlic bread. The quality is so inconsistent, and the service is nonexistent.

UPDATE The management still hasn’t responded to my formal complaint a week after the transaction. They just don’t care seems to be the issue. I won’t be back. How far Wendy’s has fallen!

Fries are cold most of the time
They just added an AI drive-through that doesn’t get your order right at all. Forget about adding and custom items, I left the drive-through and went to Popeyes instwad. Just have a real person take orders

Wendy’s breakfast burrito is really good. I got the sausage burrito, and I was very impressed. Maybe I was starving, which is why I waited in line far longer than “fast food” would suggest. Either way, the staff were nice and the burrito was bomb!

Relaxing Strolls
Cant say I’ve ever had a good experience here. Last time i got the “credit card machines are down so we can only take cash” like others have reported. Seems shady!! Drive thru waits are ridiculous. I often drive off if theres more than 2 people in line. Last few times i was only one at drive thru for breakfast and even though it was 30 minutes past opening time, they were not open. Just glad to see theres now a Popeye’s actoss the street. This part of Wareham needed another fast food option. I will not return to this location ever.

I couldn’t figure out how to operate the soda machine. It’s not the basic one. Anyway I had to ask twice for help. The 1st time the kid behind the counter basically just said figure it out. The 2nd time I specifically asked for help and you would’ve thought I asked him to physical labor. The chicken nuggets and fries are 100% better at McDonald’s. I had to throw out the fries they weren’t even edible.

Get rid of kiosk ordering and credit card only ordering. Gave up and used drive through. Asked for 3 cheese burgers and 3 fries. Only wanted 3 single cheese burgers and 3 fries. What I got was 3 double cheeseburgers and 3 fries which was way too much food. Threw one away.
I always prefer ordering at the counter, it’s much easier to customize the order. Won’t go to Wendy’s again, your system is much too rigid. Speaking to the Robot at Drive Through is also very annoying. And $34 for 3 burgers and 3 fries?????
