It was a nice clean store and it was warm inside. Bathroom was clean, staff was friendly. Condiments, straws, lids, utensils were all stocked up and the areas were clean. Food was nice and fresh AND their freestyle machines were actually working and syrups stocked. We ordered the 4 piece chicken strips combo with scorching sauce, spicy chicken sandwich combo with a bacon & cheese baked potato and a son of a baconator with 2 medium drinks. Our order was ready fast and it was piping hot.

The premium Dave triple burger was terrible
It’s like the Mc dubble with a extra patty u get at Mc D, for $7.79 for this burger I expect to taste batter then that, there r nothing premium about this burger, the spice chicken sandwich, what happen for $5.79
It feels n taste like a $1.00 sandwich, I don’t remember having a spicy chicken sandwich taste like that at a different windy’s, or maybe is this store only, the food tasted very bad, I’m very disappointing.

One of the worst Wendy’s i have ever came across…. why is it so hard to make a simple order right, don’t you prepare the same food over and over 8 hours a day 365 days a year?

I haven’t been to this place in years, I got a Dave double it was more like a single. I never seen patties so thin in my life. They are truly having some type of issue for them to be skimping on their patties that was the whole reason why Wendy’s was one of the best was because of their patties. It was horrible, horrible burger. I almost turned around and and requested my money back. That’s how bad it was it seems like the days of Wendy’s is over at least in my eyes. The employees at the place did an excellent job. They were very polite very courteous, but the quality of the food is horrible very dry and the patties looked like something you wouldn’t see at Wendy’s
