Do not eat here. The service and wait time is ridiculously slow. The workers touch the food and reuse returned food without changing their gloves. One worker took food out of the trash and returned to making fries without washing her hands and changing her gloves. The manager on duty was nonchalant about the situation and didn’t make corrective actions. Never again should anyone eat here. I already placed a call to the health department.

If this wasn’t the only Wendy’s near my apartment I would never, ever go here. I’ve been going here 2 years and the wait time to get through the drive through when I usually visit is over half an hour. Some times it’s much worse. Today, for example, it’s been 45 minutes just to order and two cars got out of line due to impatience. My orders are usually close, but not quite right. Staff is decently friendly. Occasionally the food comes out room temp. There was a stretch in which they were out of a number of ingredients.

This is unbelievable. There are 3 items completely missing and 2 that were substituted without our knowledge. It also says the wrong total on our bag. It charged us $34 but on the receipt it says $22. The burgers also look like they just got fired from their 5th job and are ready to jump off a bridge. This has to be one of the worst experiences with Wendy’s I have had. I am very disappointed.

After placing my order, I went to the bathroom. I told the girl working there that there was no hand soap left in the toilet. 15 minutes after I ate the hamburger, I went to the sink again, maybe this time they put it in hand soap. Again, there was no hand soap. I get it, they don’t care about the customer feedback. She doesn’t care about cleanliness. I wanted to use hand sanitizer was hanging on the wall and it was empty. I hope the manager or someone in authority who works here reads this message.

The first time I came here I spent 45 minutes in line at the drive through and the second time I waited 10 minutes at the drive through for someone to respond after I asked what was up with the wait, and they tell me they were closed because the computer was down. Just poor customer service.

This store always have a problem the lines are always long due to staffing or the store is closed during regular hours.. manager close because she had to go to her second job .. this store is horrible there’s never a time you can pull in the drive through and place an order to leave in a timely manner .this store gets zero stars management don’t even care

Online order put in @12:34. Arrived @1238 Google listed this location as open until 0200. Get there, line of cars. We pull up finally to the speaker @1:10. We simply say ‘hi we’ve an online order’, get a response ‘wendys is closed’ with us responding ‘but it says our order was received on the app’ to which we get ‘we don’t have any online orders, we’re closed’.
