If I could rate zero I absolutely would! They did not call my food for more than 10 minutes after was ready. I had to push through a sea of crowding DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers just to be argued with by staff. Food ended up being stone cold. Worst experience I have ever had!! Cooperate will end up hearing about this tomorrow!

This restaurant manager should be ashamed of themselves because of how they let the restaurant go down the hill.Not only are they destroying the Wendy’s name, then Employees in this store have no disrespect. They don’t wear gloves, they don’t wash their hands. Please do not eat here.n I don’t think the manager even knows what’s going on. And if they do they sure as hell don’t care, this restaurant needs to be shut down or needs to be visited by the health department or the Better Business Bureau. One of those QSRs that operates in this area. Wendy’s is famous for its burgers and stuffed potatoes. It’s a nice outlet with ample seating space. The assistants are friendly and the prices are great value for the meal. Being located at a busy intersection this place seems to be very popular. You’ll see a huge college crowd as it’s in the vicinity of Berklee college.
