Picked up an Uber Eats order from there and my customer wanted me to make sure there was BBQ Sauce in the bag. Checked and there was Honey Mustard not BBQ. I went up to the window and explained the situation and they had the audacity to argue with me and refused to give me BBQ Sauce for my customer which was on their order. It took me 10 minutes of my time to finally convince them to just give me 2 BBQ Sauces. They also took my phone to look at the Uber Eats order which I didn’t really appreciate. Fast food sauce should NOT be an upcharge.

Showed up with a group of four, it’s been thirty minutes and they haven’t taken my order yet. Decided to order on mobile while waiting and was able to order before anyone helped me. Probably the worst Wendy’s experience of my life besides the time a coke dealer pulled out their piece.

The 486 Broadway Wendy’s is probably the worst customer service/ worst effort I’ve ever experienced… They ask you what kind of sauce you want in the drive through just to forget the sauce… Every. Single. Time. Who wants chicken nuggets with no sauce? Absolutely nobody lol. And then when you ask for the sauce they forgot they love to give looks like they’re being bothered or annoyed. Minimum wage minimum effort… but the crazy part is they don’t even put the minimum effort. Whoever is the manager at this store needs to have a sit down with their employees because this Wendy’s has been going downhill terribly. There are a few workers there that actually look like they care but the majority of the workers there genuinely don’t care about costumer satisfaction. Just do better. Wasted potential

Asked for no cheese, and made sure the receipt is right. They still give me cheese. Two separate layers of cheese. I have to take it out using my hand. I guess the worker in there don’t read what the host had input.

Two separate issues have led me to this review. First one is a while back, a couple friends and I ordered food through the app and picked up in driver through. When we got home we noticed we were missing a sandwich. We went back to the store within the same hour and we were told that the owner didn’t allow them to give free things and they would have to ring it up and told me to get with corporate since it was processed through the app. After back and forth for a week, I gave up. Corporate said to call the store directly and talk to manager, when I called store either manager was busy or they would tell me to contact corporate. I literally stopped using wendys for a while after that. 2nd issue was Friday. I placed an order on the app and some how it went through twice. When I got there, the lady said to cancel in the app. When I tried to, it said order was picked up. Now I’ve called, emailed and messaged customer service with no response. I want my money back but it seems impossible. All and all I am done with wendys. Corporate customer service has been no help. Wendys doesnt care..

Went through the drive thru and ordered the new Frostie mint flavor over vanilla ice cream. Absolutely terrible, the texture of the ice cream was all gritty with crystals present. I believe this may be from incorrect mixing and handling of the product. The topping was also gritty.
When I tried to call them back to discuss, the # on the receipt was disconnected.
This is the same # that is on their website.
I called 2 other Wendy’s in the same town to see if I could get the correct phone # , but they also had incorrect, disconnected phone #.

This location is not worth the money. My order has gotten screwed up every time just about. Wrong drink size, wrong drink, missing items, etc. They rush versus taking time to make sure everything is right. Take your chances, or don’t go.
