Great clean Wendy’s. Friendly staff. Comfortable places to sit. I gave four stars because of the parking lot is confusing. Careful of traffic from main road and other shoppers in the plaza.

If you want to call letting a worker continually mess with people’s order ok then go here. I don’t like to complain but when a worker does it on purpose it’s sad more then once. All set going there when nothing been done. Sad one thing you never do is mess with someone’s food. Lower then low.

Cone in at 5:04 and had to wait for more than 10 minutes for the staff to stop talking among themselves. The staff were talking about one of them having sex at the motel out back behind the Wendys. Then when I talked to the manager about it he did not even say a word to me. But he did say to the workers “dont worry about it you all are fine”. This is absolutely unaccepable service. The manager should be fired. I have now been wating for more than 15 minutes for my food.

There’s two things that I hate the most when going to a fast food restaurant. The first is slow service, the second which is more important I cannot eat cold to lukewarm fries that’s just ridiculous. The amount of time that they took to give me my food I still have fresh hot fries. Needless to say I threw the fries out I’m not going back here ever.

They acknowledge the customers by a look but never say hello neither say “we’ll be right there with you”. Waited 15 minutes inline no one ever said anything or took our order, end up leaving the location, choose to go next door different restaurant. This Wendy use to be the friendliest restaurant, not anymore. Not recommended.

Got takeout from here today(05/01/2024) (Approximately 5:00pm) and got a vanilla frosty cold brew with my order, when I got down to the bottom of my drink there was a piece of metal at the bottom of my cup I can only assume was a piece of the frosty dispenser machine. This is disgusting and it’s safe to say I won’t be returning to this Wendy’s any time soon. Whoever made this coffee should be fired.

Update on Wendy’s, The service was good, and the fries are still really good, but the star of the meal I got today was the crispy chicken sandwich, which was great, it was cooked perfectly and the lettuce, tomatoes and pickles on it were fresh, the lettuce and tomato were crisp, not wilted, which was nice to have on the sandwich. Five stars and two thumbs up, keep up the good work Wendy’s in Gardner MA ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
