I am writing to formally report an issue that occurred at the Wendy’s located at 1290 Saint James Ave, Springfield, MA during the early morning hours of December 10th, at approximately 2:00 AM.
When we pulled up to the drive-through intercom, we were made to wait for approximately 30 minutes with no communication or acknowledgment from staff. After finally being instructed to pull forward, we observed that the employees were laughing and socializing at the window instead of assisting customers in a timely manner. One of the individuals at the window—a woman—continued talking and laughing for another 15 minutes, further delaying service.
This level of unprofessional behavior and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Waiting a total of about 45 minutes at a drive-through, especially without explanation, reflects poorly on the store’s management and customer service standards.
I respectfully request that this issue be reviewed and addressed to prevent similar experiences in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had a disappointing experience at Wendy’s today at 6:45pm. The menu display had no light and the area in general it’s very dark and you can’t even see the menu at all, it appeared to be out of service. I pulled up to the first window, they couldn’t take my order there and I was told to go around again and wait. I had to do it back where the menu was. Despite explaining my confusion, no one responded when I stopped at the window. This was not a satisfactory experience.

Food always tastes fresh and is always made exactly as requested. Everyone is nice even when they’re busy they’re still very pleasant and thorough and always make sure everything is in the bag, even extra napkins and utensils, without being asked.

The food quality is one of the best out there. Prices are getting up, but again the quality is worth it. The parking is pretty decent. I tried the Krabby Patty, I got disappointed. It tasted like thousand island with a small spicy touch. But is a temporary thing so still 5 stars for food. Online orders get mixed up too often.

The black lady that was taking the orders today had a very rude and condescending attitude then when I snapped back she got all offended. SMH, be nice then if ya don’t want people to snap back.
The food is delicious but I don’t appreciate condescending attitudes, that’s why I gave a zero star review.
