I usually go there at least 1 or 2x a week. I started going to the #288 Park St W SPFLD Wendy’s AFTER going to the RIverdale St Wendy’s and seeing that they purposely didn’t show the Value Meals – Biggie Bags ON THEIR INSIDE RESTAURANT MENU AND charging for large drinks EVEN though you wanted a small or medium. Also, their music was Very Loud! I was there one day and saw 4 small children with their parents WITH ALL LARGE SODAS!! Imagine a child with all that sugar!!

This Wendy’s at Park St. is an older site BUT IS VERY CLEAN and employees are very courteous and seem to be working VERY WELL AS A TEAM!

I AM GLAD THAT I HAVE A GREAT WENDY’S TO GO TO ON PARK ST. WEST SPRINGFIELD!!

Cool thing is that you can see a retro Wendy’s place, but that also says that they haven’t even tried to renew at all…

The atmosphere feels old, there is no screen counter and every time you go get your order at the counter, it seems like you’re bothering them.

But in the end it’s a Wendy’s, so food is good!

Baconator and chili. That is all you really need to know. But service is fast, kitchen is kept very clean as well as the dining area. Lots of parking,yes it has a drive through. Handicap access too. Of all the fast food places I have been to, their park street location is the only one that has never screwed up any of my orders in over a decade. Personal thank you to the managers and staff that have served me over the years. And yes there is a larger menu than what I mentioned.

I paid 49 bucks for the order I placed let me say that first. So I ordered the misfortune meal didn’t even include the dipping sauce or that darn spoon, they also forgot my fries. I also ordered the Asiago chicken sandwich and they gave me a classic chicken. Old tomatoes old lettuce old pickles nothing fresh about this place at all. Their employees are clearly careless when it comes to to the customers!!!!

I ended up having multiple things wrong on a 3-item order, and the person making it didnt even know what one of them was, and had to ask me. It ironically ended up being the only item that was correct. Some more training is needed it seems. Shame, because this wendys is usually better than the rest

to whom this may concern ! Wendy’s was easy grab and go for lunch today As professionals, I understand that they were busy, maybe short staff I don’t know picked up my order and it was a hot mess went back to work. The order was completely wrong. I was overcharge $40 is not a big deal to me but when my order is not right, I’m getting overcharge its a problem so I speak to a manager that wasn’t there at a time but she or he was not very helpful ! to keep customers you need to deal with your customers Differently it doesn’t matter if I spent $40 or $2000. I’m still a customer.! My order was wrong. There was stuff missing from my order. That’s my point.!!

THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER!

We were told inside the only way we could order food was to go outside and do it from our car. So we ordered food through the drive up. This was the first time I’ve ever seen a rare burger from Wendy’s. I did not eat it. Since we had to eat in the car in the parking lot even though the dining room was open I had to make four individual trips in for items that were not in the bag like a fork, sour cream, straw, napkins, ketchup, etc. Saw a man eating out of the fryer without gloves and apparently the dining room is only open for employees to hang out with friends. Also I think the iced tea was just dirty tap water

We went through the drive through, they were very kind. Our dog was happily at the window, we joke about him “putting in his order” they were so sweet and made us feel very welcome! Definitely a new favorite Wendy’s!

Literally save yourself the trouble and go to another Wendy’s location. The staff is extremely rude and it’s clear this location is poorly managed. The staff was horrible and talked to me very poorly as well. And the hours they have on google are a lie. Make sure you are there by 1am, because they do not take any orders after 2, even if you bought it on the app.
