Wells Creek RV Resort & Clubhouse

A motivated and genuinely nice couple own and run the bar/restaurant and the RV resort.he was the bartender when we went and she was the chef. I had a chicken fried steak and my buddy had a bacon cheeseburger. He even brought a variety of dog treats for my friend’s dogs. The food had a very old fashioned wholesome homemade taste which is hard to find anymore. Kids are also able to be in the restaurant/bar side until a certain time. I definitely have a new tradition. It breaks up the coastal trip nicely.

This was my late mom, Michelle’s, favorite restaurant in her small town. She was one of the first customers when it opened! This was the story I was told by the owners and my mom’s best friend. I got a patty melt, because my mom would get it. It was so good!! My experience here was so comforting and healing. The people are wonderful and it feels like a home away from home, even on your first visit. No wonder my mama loved it here.

Posting on behalf of my husband, who was there today with my Dad and friends after blueberry picking at nearby Estill Farm. They very much enjoyed the yummy burgers and nice folks there! They’re all looking forward to returning and trying other menu items. Hopefully I’ll be with them next time!

Not bad food. Excellent people and the owners are nice but it’s more of a bar menu than a resturant menu to me. I had the hot dogs and they were salty and had to much preservative taste for me. Wife had a steak and for the price it was a good cut of meat but bland. The home made potatoe salad was excellent. I will go again because they are new and I always give second chances. They have prime rib one night a week. I will make my final decision when I have that.

Friendly service and the food was delicious. The only down side was that my young daughter asked for a side of grilled chicken and we were told we would need to pay full price for an entree, which included chicken and they would remove everything but the chicken. It would be nice if they had this kind of side option available, especially for younger customers.

Beautiful view from the dining area. The food was great, we both had french dips and they were good but the fries were amazing. The people are friendly, it was a wonderful place to stop for lunch. We will for sure be back
