The food was wonderful! The portions are huge. I had the soup (chilli) and salad and the salad was massive. I expected a little side salad but it wasn’t. My son had a chicken sandwich and fries and it was very good. He really loved the fries.

I remember Weits Cafe as a kid growing up in Morris. When I heard it was under new ownership I had to try it. I ordered the fish & chips & my daughter & son-in-law had the Colonel Sanders & Reuben. Everything was delicious. Generous portions. Our server was very friendly. She was working hard because the place was busy. Nice atmosphere. I’ll be back!

The food is absolutely delicious the wait staff is so friendly and even when they’re slammed they are still very welcoming and nice. The hot plates are amazing! Today I had the ranch chicken wrap and that is now my new favorite. My daughter is obsessed with the root beer floats and the kids meals are the perfect size/price.

My husband and I popped in here for the first time. I recommend the pot roast sandwich and their mashed potatoes are really good! We were served promptly and the food was great. Nice waitress too! Would definitely come back here!

I grew up in Morris. This was my first time there since 2000. My oh my has this place changed. I like the change. However, the original nostalgia is gone. The modern look is a throwback to the original feel of the restaurant. And the service was amazing. I do miss the old feel for what it was. But things do change and the modern appeal is great!

My mother and I went and checked out this place under new ownership. I must it didn’t disappoint whatsoever. Very nice decor inside. Service wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great either. Waitress that wasn’t ours was more attentive than our own waitress it seemed like. But our waitress was nice just needed to check on us more often. The food was very good and hot. Only thing I was disappointed in was myself. Myself for not trying one of the pies. I will be back sooner than later.

Excellent Smashburger and pork tenderloin sandwich! They were delicious!! The tenderloin sandwich could feed 3 people; very generous portions. The customer service was also spot on! We will definitely be back!!!
