My son liked it and Said better than pizza hut But not as good as little caesar’s. However, we do like the flavored crust and their sandwiches and salad are fabulous!

Dad ordered a Steak, Cheese, Mushroom Sub with Lettuce and Tomato on the side. He also ordered a Pizza Deluxe with Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushroom and a Detroit Deep Dish pizza. Came to $53 with delivery and tip. When it was delivered, no lettuce, no tomato. When he called back, they said there were not 2 subs ordered, just 1 calzone and the deep dish pizza. Went up there after paying delivery charge to get the lettuce/tomato and were rudely told it comes free. When I asked her why wasn’t it with my order, she slammed them down on my calzone I took to prove purchase, told me to have a nice day then rudely walked away dismissively. Was then rudely told I was trespassing and they wouldn’t deliver another order again. No delivery refund, no added value, not even a reciept. This is not only unprofessional, but to a disabled veteran at that. Appalling.

Update 3/12 : Called the number from the reply below. The reply is from an auto generated message from the corporate public relations of Hungry Howies. Was connected with an individual who recorded the issue with the order,, and informed me the owner of the store would be reaching out to me for more info to address the problem. That was over a month ago now and still have yet to receive any response from this location..
Ordered a small pizza and 8 wings. The pizza came fine, but the wings were blackened and very unpleasant. They weren’t burnt all the way through, but that charred taste all over couldn’t be covered up by the sauce.

Served one of my co-workers a salad with a half used glove in it… Disgusting. Apparently the standards here have dropped in the past few years. Was told the cheese for the stuffed crust was left out all day and put back in the fridge at the end of the night. Old dough will be used even when left out for several hours at room temperature.
