Always great, fresh bread. One of the best sub shops in Rochester area. DiBella’s maybe slightly better. Prices are going up but that seems to be a function of the current market price for meat.

This won’t be the best pizza I’ve had, but the service, quality and pricing are second to none. Always great customer service, the pizza is always fresh and done well. A lot of things are priced highly at Wegmans, some things oddly, but the pizza is not one of those things. So, you get very good pizza at a great value. The same thing at Salvatore’s, for instance, let’s say thin NY Style Pizza, + 2 toppings, is twice the price at Salvatore’s. My only gripe is they occasionally run out of mushrooms. But having received OLD food from other places, we’ll say KFC, I appreciate the fact that if you run out of fresh, you take it off the menu. Highly recommend.

Customer service is rude! When you call they don’t even answer the phone and ask you to hold they just answer and put you right on hold. It doesn’t matter how busy you are, you still have to show good customer service to EVERYONE! In store AND on the phone!

Honestly, not the best pizza in town, but a good pizza for a whole lot less than what most local pizzerias charge for the same thing. For the price, it’s hard to beat the value.
