We were seated right away for a party of 6. The food was great, service was a little inattentive, but not horrible. A solid menu with unique dinner specials. Definitely would recommend checking it out. I think they may have been a little understaffed for the volume of tables.

Fairly typical diner offers with a slightly more upscale experience. The menu was somewhat limited in choice and characteristic of typical diner offerings but generous in portion and well prepared.
Service was prompt, polite and pleasant making the overall experience enjoyable. The venue itself was contemporary, clean, well lit and intimate in nature. Offering ample and comfortable booth and table seating options as well as a small but elegantly typed bar to sit at. Clean and well maintained bathrooms complimented the over all experience.
The Windjammer offers all the comfortable convenience one comes to expect with a local diner but with a touch of upscale elegance to remind the customer that this isn’t just and ordinary diner.

The best Crab Bisque around. Last week was a memory of great food from around The NJ Beaches, but the Crab Bisque at Windjammer brought smiles. Last Monday we searched for a restaurant and we kept striking out until we made it to Windjammer. We arrived at 7:30pm and I saw they were closing at 8pm. They were preparing for some upgrades to the restaurant the next day. The waitress said don’t worry about the time and we were grateful. My Wife ordered the cheeseburger and fries that was delicious, but she was so hungry I couldn’t attempt a photo . I had a Ceasar Salad and this incredible Crab Biscue. I wasn’t sure if I should frame it or dive in. The Windjammer has that movie Cafe feeling and I wish them well. We will definitely be back. Thanks.

Whether we order omelettes, Chicken Souvlaki salad, grilled seafood platter, even chicken pot pie-everything is served on time and nice presentation. The food is always flavorful-And my husband is a chef!

Grabbed lunch at Windjammer Cafe & was pleased to have enjoyed and nice meal with great service. It was before tourist season and there was no wait. A seasoned server was helpful explaining some of the dishes. Selection included: Crab Bisque; Delicious. Chicken Kebob; delicious grilled chicken breast-perfectly cooked, mixed greens, salad fixings, great Tzatziki sauce and grilled pita, Yummy! Great Crab Cake & Fries.

Been going here for years. Was down in Ocean City for a week and went here twice for dinner. Great portion size. Also, it’s very hard to properly cook lamb — and they did it just right! This place never disappoints.

Have been meaning to try this place for a long time; finally decided to do so. (As of February 2019, the website is a little lacking and the Facebook page isn’t much help.) That said, the Patty Melt was generously sized and cooked properly (amazing how few places actually do so). It tasted great! We had a late lunch and by the time we left it was getting busy. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Service was speedy and our server was great! Prices were a little high but not too bad. We’ll be back!

My breakfast today was very good. I had the brioche French Toast with a side order of not well done bacon. Plenty of butter and syrup was supplied. Our party consisted of 5, and the only one disappointed was my daughter because she ordered the cinnamon bun French Toast and it wasn’t made from a cinnamon bun. Instead it was made from cinnamon bread. Also the online menu had a Nutella drizzle over French toast which was not on the actual menu. The coffee was good. The others in our party ordered a Mexican omelette with home fries, scrambled eggs with bacon and home-fries, and eggs Benedict with home fries. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. Restaurant can accommodate large parties and is similar to a diner.

Server was very nice and on top of our needs! Great food and friendly staff. I had a club sandwich with fries and coleslaw. Husband had the meatballs and fedicini.
