We wanted to take my cousin, who flew in from Houston for a visit, to somewhere uniquely Rochester.
The food was good but it was the employee behind the counter who made our experience a great one. He explained what a garbage plate was to my guests and gave them perfect, individualized recommendations on what to order.
This place is an excellent example of a restaurant working hard to ensure their customers have a good experience.
And we loved the ducky claw machine and took home a couple of ducks

My first time trying a garbage plate! This was recommended to me by locals and it didn’t miss. There were many options to customize your plate, though since it was my first one I got their classic. It was delicious, the mac salad was great. Also the staff that helped us were all lovely!

Food is always good but often times it seems like employees do not want the business. Around 11pm on a Saturday night I try to place an order online, online ordering not available. Okay… so I call twice before midnight about 20 minutes in between calls, and no one answer, keep in mind they close at 1am. Drive by and they are open, employees inside no customers!

At least once a week I crave a cheeseburger. Not fries. Just the burger. I’ve been hard-pressed to find someplace that makes a really good burger. These guys have it. I’ve ordered the same thing twice now and have been very impressed. What’s in the photos is exactly what I ordered; a double cheeseburger, plain and dry, with American and cheddar cheese. They give you two slices of cheese per patty! Cooked medium, this is a juicy meal in itself. No condiments needed, nor would I want to cover up the taste. Yum on a bun. Friendly staff. You can order online or call in and there’s consistency.

Was in the area and tried multiple plates and this one is fo sure the freshest and hottest. Everything was cooked to order and was delicious. The flavor of the hot sauce was on point. Solid alternative to some of the more popular restaurants that serve the same type of food.
