First time visiting Weather Gage and the staff was helpful with my questions regarding each pastry. I landed on the November special Duck Confit Croissant, and 2 of the Bombolonis (Yuzu Glazed and Lavender Sugar) and everything was delicious – the donuts were so light and my duck croissant was flaky perfection!

Teas, lattes are divine. All pastries I have tried so far are fabulous. Ham and cheese croissant, plain croissant, blueberry muffin . There are no places to sit inside which is unfortunate but don’t for get to enjoy the floor, I just love it .
On nice days if not already taken you can grab a chair outside . This has been enjoyable escape from the easton hospital for anyone needing to step out . Also the logo on the cup and bag seem appropriate especially if your in town for the hospital.

Just adding another day . This blew my mind with a duck confit mushroom croissant!! out of this world delicious thank you thank you!

Weather Gage is one of the most distinctive spots in downtown Easton. It’s clear—this is no ordinary coffee shop. Every detail is intentional, from the delightful fresh flower arrangements to the carefully curated pastry displays.

The interior draws from 19th-century nautical motifs, creating an atmosphere that feels both refined and immersive—I imagine it to be like the inside of a beautifully appointed captain’s quarters at sea. Polished brass accents and a gilt-framed naval battle painting anchor the space in its maritime theme, while an astrolabe-inspired chandelier overhead adds a striking focal point. Pickled oak paneling, marble flooring, and maritime-themed films all work in harmony to carry the motif through without ever feeling forced.

The industry’s top pastry chefs—whose experience, skill, and artistry I truly admire—create a new menu each month that blends the classic with the unexpected. Every pastry and baked good is made fresh daily in Bluepoint Hospitality’s in-house boulangerie. While popular items often sell out, there’s always the chance to find your favorite again the next day.

Whether you’re stopping in for a La Colombe espresso drink or a cup of Mariage Frères tea, the quality and care in every cup and pastry are unmatched anywhere else on this side of the Chesapeake Bay.

I find myself returning often for their perfect latte and their specialty croissants: raspberry-pistachio, almond, Earl Grey (with pastry cream inside), or the classic pain au chocolat—all consistently flaky, rich, and just sweet enough. The savory scones are another favorite.

The location couldn’t be better—walkable, charming, and right on one of Easton’s most beautiful streets, with views of the courthouse and easy access to art galleries, gardens, shops, and—more importantly—my office! A few outdoor tables make it easy to linger over your coffee and soak in the setting. More often than not, you’ll spot a familiar face—whether they live around the corner or are visiting from farther afield.

I admire the consistent friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Over the years, I’ve received great service from every team member I’ve met—many of whom grow into other roles within the Bluepoint family.

I wouldn’t change a thing about this place.

Weather Gage is one of those rare places that makes Easton feel special. It’s a gift to have this level of quality, artistry, and hospitality right here on the Shore. Thank you, Mr. Prager, for your vision and for bringing these beautiful spaces to life. A rising tide lifts all boats—and Weather Gage is certainly part of the high tide.

If you want good coffee while exploring downtown Easton, walk into Weather Gage, a small cafe that sells pastries and a full coffee menu. My small hazelnut latte was not too sweet and tasted great. It was the best coffee I’ve had in the area!

A review long overdue. This awesome spot has the most delectable pastries in town. The croissants are a must-try, with their buttery and flaky layers perfectly paired with a warm cup of tea or coffee. Their tea selection is Mariage Frères which is a plus for me.

Stopped in for coffee while visiting Easton. Small place, great for takeout. There are a couple of small corners that would hold a max of 4 people or so if you plan to hang out. I had a Hazelnut Latte which was very expresso forward and less sweet. I happen to like my lattes that way so I was happy, but you may want to consider that if you prefer yours really sweet. I would certainly stop in again!

Their coffee was amazing. I had their iced rose latte and a pain au chocolate. The pain au chocolat was incredible! Buttery, flaky, and the chocolate was spot on. It tasted like I was back in France! I look forward to sampling other pastries they offer. Service was ok, but won’t deter from going back due to the fact the coffee and pastry were delicious.

If you are looking for a perfect local small coffee and pastry shop, this is the place for you! We had a mocha and a cappuccino (both delicious). We also had the best savory scone I’ve ever had! Great atmosphere, outside seating (a few tables for 2), easy parking, very friendly staff.
